My car loves the 100 octane from Shell. Definately a decrease in knock levels but then again i tuned it for running high boost. At low boost im sure 98 would be fine. But at 36 cents a litre more expensive i might give this united stuff a try which looks like around 19 cents litre more expensive than unleaded.

There is a new united opened this week just off the princess Hwy at the Point Cook/Hoppers turn off. It has boost 98 and then i saw the 100 ron and doubled checked it and it sure is 100. Havent used it yet but will on my next drive.

Anyone tried United's 100 octane? I generally use shells premium racing 100 octane, might give this a try as its considerably cheaper.

Thats more like it, not bad 60, good trap speed and a better ET. You probably havent got alot left in it, maybe 0.1 or .2 tenths. Unless you go slicks and really drop the 60'.

Not exactly, considering a stock turbo R33 will max push 200rwkw, and you can easily run 106-107mph with this power. I say the dyno is high or the driver is shit.

190-195rwkw doesnt equate to 103mph. You should be at least around the 106-107mph mark.

I use the air fuel ratio meter. Only problem is i can't log it. Should have paid a little more and got the logger model.

Well have a look at my signature, GTST, 1/4 mile times, (actually quickest GTST in Vic) picture in avatar etc. I posted it as i wanted to see the differences between my car and a GTR, Is it a worthwhile update? If you havent got anything constructive to say, dont say it.

Loans for imports are very hard to get. Banks generally dont give them as imports are at high risk to them. I can get you a loan but you will have to have a clean debt free record. Interest rates are around the 12-13% mark. PM for more details

I had a 2530 setup on mine, making 225rwkw at 19psi. Best with this setup was a 12.55@113mph. Was a nice easy street setup.

What we are trying to say is, a 1.8 60' is not a slow start and is better than most. The best you will get for 60' is 1.7 or possibly 1.6, so maybe you have a 0.2 or 0.3 better than you got at the end of the strip
