  1. Sure was. Could have been quicker if I found a video. Previous owner
  2. Which I dont need anymore because I figured it out myself without making an error
  3. Why tell me what gear I need to be using when I didnt ask for advice, and I have a good idea of what to do and what not to do so If I screw up its my own fault. I was just asking for a link as a bit of help.
  4. How? The post specifically asks to give me a link if you know of one. If you cant do that then why comment?
  5. Why do you bother commenting?
  6. Hope you read the question and stop worrying about what gear im using.
  7. Trying to replace my head gasket but having problems. would appreciate it if someone could link me to a step by step video of someone doing a change with the engine still in the car. cheers
  8. For god knows what reason. A number of nissan imports have a left side, right side and headlight contact in the switch. a common fault with these is that the contacts overheat and melt the little pillars pushing them together. I had the same problem and all you need to do is install a relay somewhere along the line before the switch and melt a tiny amount of solder between the contacts to compensate for the length that the pillars were melted. Make sure when you are done you plug it back in and test it, if you put too much solder in the lights wont turn off at all.
  9. Righteo cheers. The ca rad is about an inch shorter than the stock rb20 one
  10. Unsure if related but when the car is accelerating even at low rpm it will cut out for a second or 2 before picking back up again.
  11. Probably already a few of these threads but here is another. I have resently installed a ca18 rad into my rb20 r32 and am having troubles with pressure inside the rad. There is no milky substance in the oil and im not losing coolant, but when I open my radiator cap after 24 hours since the car was last started, heaps of coolant spills out. Im pretty sure I have bled it properly. The radiator cap has a 0.9 on it and I cant find what the correct number for rb20det. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and what the corrrct cap is. Cheers
