R34 GTT Battery Relocation To Trunk
Watermouse replied to Beanie's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
I just got this system but haven’t installed yet I got a Moroso sealed box (defect reasons) which will be set up same as their pic The quality is high grade, the correspondence I had with the owner (former head designer for Rockford Fosgate) was unbelievable, guiding me with what I needed. Even told me not to buy some things as it could be sorted in a different way at his loss. Just a bit of a bite with the exchange rate and don’t purchase gear in 1 hit that goes over $1,000 au, lol I forgot! -
MBS206 Did u just take the “Limitless” pill? cause that was way over my head, much respect bro 🤜🏼

MLR's Bogan cruise ship
Watermouse replied to The Bogan's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
I found the same with Subaru’s. I own and love the SG9 Forester, after that model 2008+, Subaru threw the ugly stick at all their line up and somehow managed to make them look worse with every succeeding year. lol -

If coolant is coming out of the pump bleed hole it means coolant has bypassed the pump shaft seals, so it’s fkd. Do u replace the water pump with the timing belt? (All OEM) -
Car looks great buddy, how are u finding the thermo fan, does it do its job well? Is your ecu running it?

Asking everyone, Considering I might be in a well policed area, would a screamer pipe with (for example) a varex type valve arrangement, be a sound exercise to explore so as to be able to vent to atmosphere then when required, then be able to feed back into the main exhaust at your settings of choice up to 100% recirculating? would this be too risky and unmanageable to tune correctly? -
Do you trust that your mechanic/his apprentice didn’t do a “Ken Block” road test?
