  1. Here's the best place to start. Post a thread and people will generally come to you http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...hp?showforum=13
  2. Deren have you considered putting extra sound deadening into the car whilst it is in pieces? I'm told it makes a big difference to your audio quality.
  3. Now that's making more sense.
  4. Good foglights sold. Good/busted pair still available.
  5. Hey Paul. I have a big scone (it's ~59cm) so it may be a touch loose but I'll shoot over a pm.
  6. Marcus from memory it should be ON-110 for early models and ON-115 for late models. You just need to make sure the lugs line up. I don't know when the changeover year is - I think the hkbsports website is using Heisei year instead. Try your babelfish/translator on http://www.hkbsports.com/product/boss/nissan/nissan.html Enjoy!
  7. Hi bigcarl, sorry mate, not sure if it'll fit your R33. Hopefully an SAU search will help you out? Maybe JustJap could answer for you? Hi Downunder SiR, unfortunately the clutch is on hold however the buyer was meant to pickup tonight and didn't show. I apologise for the late reply, I have been out of town on business and only just arrived back tonight. Mark
  8. It was in that vicinity at trade/SAU NSW member price iirc. Guys are paying around $80 for fitting but it is an easy job to DIY and take your wife/gf out for dinner instead
  9. Not me. Sure motors are motors but I'd rather go to someone that knows what they are doing without needing a manual. I'm not saying Ultratune (or any other generic service agency) aren't good at their job, just that I'd feel more comfortable having experts do it next time my 18 year old motor is at 7,000rpm :)
  10. Joel FTW. Good point. That said, I request a recount because the problem is occuring at a vehicular speed and not an engine rpm.
  11. Hey Francesca, Ron is right, it'll be your speedo cable. The R32s have it as a common fault based on their age, it is surprising to see a series 2 R33 with the problem. The speedo flicks back from 110kmh to 100kmh? And sometimes bounces around when driving <40kmh? Good news is that it is a cheap fix. New cable ($90 for R32) and DIY install. Mark
  12. If the transfer has the wrong fluid in it the clutch plates will slip and you'll: 1. Burn out the transfer 2. Have a static torque-split My kind Japanese ex-owner used diesel engine oil or something similarly stupid (can't remember now). And dude you'll need to include more info in future. Your post was a little like asking, "why doesn't my car run 11's at WSID?"
  13. Cheers Jon! I bookmarked your for sale thread; I'm hoping to sort something over east but its good to have a backup Thanks
  14. Hi mate, would you mind updating the list with what is still available please? And which city are you in please dude? Mark
  15. Mat do you still have the alternator?
  16. Please post or PM price for RB26 alternator if you have one. Cheers SAUers. Mark
  17. Hey dude. I read through your post a few times but not 100% on what happened. Did the lug at the end of the speedo cable break off and is now stuck in the back of the dash cluster? No speedo input will cause HICAS to stuff up as HICAS does different things at low/mid/high speeds. Here's a pic of the back of my dash cluster - where did this lug go? Mark
  18. Hi dude. I've never fitted it to my car but I read that the springs take it down (I think) 1" rear and 1&1/2" front. It is definitely lower but unsure by how much. I'm happy to go measure the uncompressed height, if that helps. Mark
  19. I am selling my set of Nismo sideskirt moulds. They were made for me last year when I fitted Nismo sideskirts to my car. My intent was to be able to make more if I cracked my fibreglass skirts but you could use them to make a set for your car or your mates. If you chose to sell them to your mates and earn some pesos, then that is up to you. For more info, please post or shoot over a PM. Pickup is available from Blaxland, NSW, about 5 mins up the M4 from Penrith. Price $300 $150. Go baby go. Cheers, Mark
