Tao your forgetting that scotty and I have tested One of your turbo's on his car... Also tested our Intense billet rs on it too! There was world's of differences on the same car so you can't complain about this or that! Even though you claim your new turbos may be a improvement, it's not enough to match the gap shown on the first dyno comparison! There is alot too make up for, but feel free to keep trying, but just remember we haven't even made a revision yet, because there is no faults with our turbo, but when we do it won't be because of customer complaints it will be because of our love of the M35 and for its further development.

Tao remember lag is lag, which is what the incorrect turbocharger will give you, don't look for excuses and blame the M35 engine and auto for your lag issues! We don't have any issues with the intense billet rs with lag or reliability... I'm sure current users can confirm that!

As far as I know when ever we have had scottys car on the dyno he has only had the converter locked to help obtain accurate power figures... This is the dyno graph comparison for our Intense billet rs vs hypergears latest rev...??? Whatever. Very interesting spool and midrange comparisons.

Ok as promised here is a video clip of my stagea with the link G4+ fury installed. The car is completely standard other then 3" exhaust. All ecu work by scotty and myself and dyno tuning performed by Chasers motorworks...

Even though the results of the intense billet rs speak for them selves, and with it also being in scottys own personal car which has put it through its paces, it's had nothing but success. P.S when we release its successor in the near future, it will end all debates ?

Yes it is. It's also the way everything is configured to run together and how it all communicates.

M35 stall test intense billet rs

This turbo is designed for the upper end power range, even though it will work well, we have a better option in mind for the stock ecu.

As I read your post " no the red line was not from the ss2 rev 2 it's just your turbo running longer dyno ramp" says you are calling me a liar! There was no suspecision, it was a outright accusation And also if you believe our turbo isn't more responsive and what not, let's just settle this by you coming for a drive!

No! I'm certain scottys car has the standard converter. He can confirm just to be sure.
-
Too bad most of us already saw it.

Here are the long awaited results of the intense billet rs... The dyno graph shows the intense billet rs (blue) vs Hypergear ss2 rev 2 (red) both running just under 30 psi on pump e85 with identical settings and dynoed within days of eachother.

Here is the standard actuator travel test as requested... Travel identical as per the external spring. https://youtu.be/h9JGm1vsTjw

Yes this is partially why I think you have lag issues, it is what's referred to as exhaust gas interference. The reason your boost is decreasing in higher rpm is due to the loss of efficiency through the interference.
-
Here are the wastegate pics spoken about earlier.
-
Yes that's not a problem at all. I can repeat the test with a standard actuator. Will do so asap.

Lakes 101 has the same turbo as the left one in the video. I no this as we built 4 identical units. For those who couldn't tell, the other turbo in the video is the noisey Hypergear ss2 rev2. It is definetly not more efficient or responsive then the intense billet rs, should have some results tomorrow. As far as wastegate porting goes not very impressed by the porting on yours as he has ported through the inlet track of the turbine. And it isn't even matched to the flapper valve.
-
The actual size of the disc on the intense billet rs is smaller then a certain turbo pictured next to it... It's in the disc placement and porting of it where the gains are. The actuator travel being the biggest gain. Also disc size means nothing if porting isn't done to suit. Pictures of porting will follow from both turbos to show a comparison.

LEMU install has began... Link engine management unit.

So what's currently the best option??? Has there been any further development on the adaptronic? And which adaptronic is used? Obviously 1280 not the 420?

Was it yourself scotty?
