  1. I've changed my sump on my RB25det to a rear sump for my E36 swap. And now with the rear sump on the transmission bracket is hitting and is impossible to install. I've been told it is okay to not run it, but I want to confirm first. Loosing 4 fasteners holding the transmission to the engine is a lot in my opinion.
  2. One of my exhaust stud holes has been flogged out by previous owner. I tapped and installed a helicoil into the hole and it has flogged out as well. So now Im not going to be able to put q stander exhaust stud in there. What should I do? Drill, tap and install a bigger stud? Any help is appreciated thanks
  3. Yea I'm pulling the head off and putting another pressure tested and skimmed one on. Not risking it aye.
  4. Ok so I am removing my exhaust manifold and I have snapped a couple studs off, I used a 3.5mm drill bit to drill into the snapped studs and used an easy out to remove them, on one of the studs I drilled to deep and drilled into the head, oil then slowly leeked out. Did I drill into an oil gallery or just in the side of the head? And could I just run a 4mm tap through it and Loctite a grub screw in and then install a new stud?
