    Breaking News: Richards out after TS23 accident Friday, 01 May 2009 Eight time Targa Tasmania winner, Jim Richards, has retired from Targa Tasmania after an off-road excursion on TS23. The Porsche 911 GT2 suffered a holed radiator and broken suspension after hitting a bank. This is the first time that Jim has failed to finish any Targa Tasmania stage that he has started. Kevin Weeks now has a seven second lead over Tony Quinn, with Jason White a further two seconds back.
