^^hehe, I caressed it today, stupid airbus security wouldn't let me go inside though poofs! P.S. Yay for working at the airport
  2. Didn't think creatd had a 4wd dyno? although I ain't been there in a while. RE have a 4wd one, but down in woopwoop again
  3. Yeh? I dun get it? and boo! Fords 1,2,3 ah well next year Did anyone see hrt's new way of changing disks? how good is it, unclip and slide out, no need to take anything off!
  4. ^....but then it might win, and can't have that......the bogans will get angry..... P.S. Holden FTW don't care who
  5. last time was fun, definatley in!
  6. from memory, appart from the fact they are shit cheap rims the hubs of the wheels developed cracks, most likley due to nuts being done up too tight and as a result the spokes broke away from the hub. These are the only types of wheels I have ever seen break like this though.....Majority of the wheels Tempe and others sell are good quality wheels. There not the same standard as rays/work/enki wheels but they are a whole different ballpark really, it's like comparing a ferrari to a commodore......
  7. ^ lol, only in QLD...god I love that state.....
  8. ^^.....sure it isn't....
  9. perhaps were are talking about weather or not he needs an adjustable one. I didn't think you could just take the reg out of the system altogether and not have one. Whats going to govern fuel pressure if there is no reg in the system?
  10. errr you still need a reg, you can't just get rid of it completley...... Id get a reg as well, if nothing else just for piece of mind so you know you've got good fuel pressure. One of the nismo ones are fine and fairly cheap as well.
  11. yeh, same here in the thought that they were metal, mine definatley is. Something else to think about though and this is what persuaded me to leave mine on was if your in an accident where the front of your car hits, and it goes back and smacks into the cam gears while it's still running has the potential to make a big mess of things internally in the engine, where as with the cover on it protects the engine from this happening.....
  12. Settings - rev/idle setting
  13. There is a 600awkw GTR down here using standard lines. I think the only reason to go to bigger/screw on fitting is more from a safety point of view, or if you have external stuff the use of teflon lines eliminates that stinky fuel smell everytime you get in your car.
  14. lol, dual rice spec cannons ftw!
  15. thats why they are ghey and I still beat them Still I like the whole v8 in an rx7 idea to make a name these days you need over 1000 at the treads I reckon.... and cubes, 1 better, I own a commodore it's awesome....so much power.....even in the wet it's hard to get sideways these days
  16. lol, so? they have no grounds whatsoever to fine you. how do they know weather or not you have been here for those 4 months.
  17. lol cos a 600hp turbo doesn't make 400rwkw's, it's like a can of baked beans doesn't have lollypops in it, it just doesn't. and 350rwkw's is a pretty low power figure these days, pretty much every modified new v8 out there is making more than that.... anyway ontopic, if you are tossing up between a gtt and a gtr it really depends what you want it for. you do much track work with the car or is it only street driven? If the cars only street driven I wouldn't really say it's worth the extra money. Although they do look so much better I find driving a high powered rwd car on the street is much more fun than the gtr, gtr's are awesome when your going fast but on the street you don't go fast so meh, I have more fun on the street hanging it out round corners and generally making a menace of myself in a super happy fun rwd car over going insanley fast.....which is really what gtr's are about
  18. sounds like a dodgey fpr to me, take it of the end of the rail and see if fuel comes out when you prime it, don't start the car with no reg though. Although if the pump isn't flowing much fuel the regs not gonna let much fuel through in an attempt to maintain pressure. in any case if you reckon the tanks rusting on the inside time for a new tank and probably pump as well as the pumps gonna have eaten a fair bit of crap....
  19. Swapping licenses around states is easy. Getting you license in a state you don't actually live in is slightly harder, if you have friends or family there makes it much easier though. Not sure of how long you have to have been "living" there, I think it varies from state to state, ring up and find out. Driving in a state on a different states license also isn't an issue, holiday, divorced parents, work, the list is endless. There are plenty of reasons why you could legitimantley be found driving every other week in Vic on a SA license, same as driving a Vic registered car on SA license or vice versa..... As for the length of time you have been living in a state to first get your license there I do believe you have to show proof, ie. 3 months of letters being sent there....but a good scanner and laser printer work wonders these days....anyway thats my dogeyness for the day
  20. We got these new rivet guns at work, dunno the brand but omg so powerful! we destroyed a wooden step on a stand testing it out
  21. ^ Reasons? Just been having a quick look at the redline website, I can find it mentioned anywhere, but the customer testimonials, both people are using it in damaged/worn boxes as a sort of 'quick fix'.....just a thought I suppose, unless some can shed some more light on this?
  22. As I stated there is a reason I use more than what nissan recommend which is actually 4.5L not 4.2L. Any reason you are recomending to use less oil? Godzillr: I can't remember what the reason for not using it in a good box was just remember someone explaining it to me, I think if you have a read of it on the redline site it actually says it's for use in worn gearboxes. I think the motul300 is a 75W90 Oil. Just had a quick look through my R32 manual and it says Nissan Matic D which is the Nissan Auto Trans Fluid. High Temp, Synthetic, Matic D will all do the same job. Just get a good Synthetic one and it will match or better the properties of Matic D and will also be High Temp. I like the Motul Synthetic ATF. just fill everything up to the fill hole, transfer case wouldn't be any more than 2L I think.
  23. Is the fuel filter aftermarket, has dash fittings obviously? Where exactly is the fuel coming from? if it's coming out between the hose and the hose end you'll need to remake the hose. what reg you using?
  24. This is for a 33 GTR I presume the 32 would be similar amounts. Engine - 5L fill it all the way up to the hump on the stick, helps with surging issues, I use 10W60 Edge Box - Only use shockproof if your box is rooted, otherwise no need to, use Motul Gear300 approx 4L, fill till it come out the fill hole... Diff - Some sort of good Hypoid GL-5 85W90 the motul one maybe just to stay the same but probably need about 1.5L and same deal you fill it till it come out the fill hole Brake Fluid - RBF600 is the shit, to do a full system flush buy at least 2 bottles...... Hope this helps.....also while your at it all I found putting a good synthetic ATF fluid in the steering makes a world of difference. And also might wanna look into doing the transfer case while your at it all
