  1. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=142546 GTR's have the hole there from the factory. As long as it's neatly done i'd tell them to stick it. Feel free to come have a look at mine sometime to see how it's done. Think from memory it has some sort of ring around it.....
  2. After my engine was built, it was doing similar things and it came down to 2 of the rings were leaking. They said it was something to do with the type of rings that were used, they either seat properley and you never have a problem or they don't and they leak. They replaced all the rings with new ones and haven't had a problem since.....
  3. Is there on on the other side as well? Might be for spotlights. My car has everything from the switch in the cabin to the plugs behind the front bar, just doesn't have the spotlights.....still though I am yet to see a GTR with factory spotlights so the reason for having it all there is beyond me
  4. Where bouts can you get those from, the only one i have ever been able to find are up round the 300 dollar mark....
  5. check all of your vacuam/boost lines, make sure they are all still connected properley.
  6. lol milo tins look like ass *thinks of his own car* . I reckon the vielside titanium exhausts look sex....
  7. Got one on my commodore, sound is ok, no drone at 2grand on the freeway, a bit at 3 but not too bad....i only got 1 muffler no rezzy.....
  8. Just for the reference for those using GTR pumps. Stock intank GTR fuel pump, stock reg and injectors. Car is making a tad over 300kw atw's, pump seems to holds up well under most circumstances, under hard acceleration it has been known to make some cavitating noises Wouldn't recommend pushing one too much further. - Ease of installation - Stock Set-up - Noise level in cabin - You hear it prime on start-up but never again, same as most cars.... - Starting issues - none - 1/4 tank syndrome - No probs but i don't go below 1/4 tank...ever.... *on a side note* 044's can be relativley quiet if mounted properley. ie. good bracket with a think rubber insulator between pump and bracket and insulated between bracket and mounting surface....
  9. Are you retarded? He clearley said if you don't have your L's. I used to go out before I had my L's with a friend and drive round uni's monash clayton and bundoora latrobe are both good. I used to go there weekend evenings so not many other cars around, good for a bit of not so on the street practice.
  10. firstly you get rapped, then you get rapped again then later on you get rapped again. Then you get told you can't get your learners for a long long time.
  11. lol, tell me about it. I got cut of by a semi this morning in the commo going round a big roundabout. locked it up and slid up sideways beside him about a 1m from his back wheels as he went past then the bastard had the nerve to pull up, get out and proceed to tell me i need to learn to drive. the roads are full of idiots, just need to try and avoid them as best as possiable
  12. on ebay you can buy electronic flasher units. As al said leds draw less current and the mechanical flasher units that come standard work of the load drawn through them. When i got my car it had little indicators on the front, so indicators went fast. bought one of these units, plugged it in. (flasher unit is just under the steering wheel on the left side), i just unplugged the stock one and plugged in the electronic one and zip tied it next to it cos i couldn't work out how to get it out I bought a few things from this guy, stuff normally comes from honkers but he's good and reliable. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/3-pin-Electronic-LE...1QQcmdZViewItem
  13. Any difference in handling when the light comes on? If sometimes.....welcome to my world My solution....I got a lockbar. P.S. 33 hicas is electronic...no fluid....
  14. WTF are square section seals??? I want to know what any seals that come in contact with the brake fluid are made from....
  15. ummm there's no two parts too it's a brake system, it all runs on the same fluid, hence all the same o-rings....
  16. I dunno if anyone will be able to answer this but does anyone know the exact type of rubber the O-Rings in a 33's brake system are made from?
  17. Firstly get the PFC tuned, sounds to me like it's dumping too much fuel in as black smoke is an indication of burning fuel. Even though it "is" a plug and play unit it will always benifit greatly from a good tune. Also put in copper plugs instead of platinum. Coppers make a better spark. Platinums are good for n/a cars not for forced ones, IMO anyway.....

    Bond Or Bauer

I saw it last night too, knox vmax rocks btw!!!! I thought it was pretty shit though in comparison to the last few. there were bugger all gadgets, the car was in it for like 30seconds, the storyline and background on the bad guys was weak as and the new james sucks ass......That bad blonde chick though... as for the original question bond rocks!
  19. Didn't they go out of business in the early 90's???
  20. I've got a PWR cooler and have similar power figures to you and have no issues with it. Quality is the best you could ask for. Not sure how much bigger it is than stock, I never seen a stock cooler

  22. If thats a veilside titanium your taking off i'd be interested in buying it. And if you want that same evil sound just get screamers......
