  1. Hi everyone, I'm after these tail light reflector covers, but cant find them for sale anywhere on the net. also none on yahoo auctions at the moment. wondering if anyone know where to get them from. I've seen a few different ones, but they don't all come down and meet the bottom line of the window and that is specifically what i want. .2002Axiswithrearreflectorcovers.jpg
  2. sorry to revive an old thread, but i will be doing this tomorrow. i will get the 12v feed from the reverse signal wire i used for my reverse camera. seems like a very easy straight forward mod. I thought the car was just heavy and had heaps of lag, but this should wake it up off the line.
  3. I second that! Did you just pull the fuses out and visually check them? I would surgest using a multimeter or test light on each side of the fuses.
  4. Actually, no I haven't. I've been to the look out many times though. Our dumb ass mayor got done for speeding 128kms in a 60 on that road on New years eve. Lol. The Stagea is purely a car for when our baby arrives. And a wet weather back up for me, cause I dont like riding my bike in the rain. Lol.
  5. im very keen for a cruise. had my stagea for almost 6 months and still havent been on a cruise. im in the hawkesbury.
  6. check your fuses. its an electronic latch.
  7. Scotty, it Wasn't that hard to pin point really, after I checked the color of the wires at the tailgate plug and tested there before moving down to the kick panel. Hopefully this post will save other people some time if they need to wire up a wireless camera.
  8. I've done it! Found the reverse 12v positive wire behind the drivers side kick panel in the biggest loom. I will splice into it and use that as the trigger wire. For anyone else that needs to know its behind drivers side kick panel inthe big loom. It's the orange wire. (There are a few orange ones but the others are twisted in pairs with other wires, the correct one is not twisted). It's 12volt+ only in reverse and 0volts when not in reverse as its the light feed. Much easier than running wires the whole length of the car..... Not to mention the sealed up tailgate!!!! That's why I decided to buy wireless.
  9. Hi everyone, I'm putting in a wireless reverse camera tomorrow and wondering if I can splice into a reverse trigger wire at the shifter. Anyone done this and possibly remember color of the wire, might save me some time rather than checking all the wires with a multimeter. Being wireless there was no need to run cables the full length of the car so it would be a shame (and very time consuming) to have to splice into the wires in the rear somewhere. And defeats the purpose of getting the wireless one. Any input much appreciated. Thanks
  10. This thread is getting way off track! Lol.
  11. I'm in the hawkesbury to be exact.
  12. Cheers wagon boy.
  13. Thanks Nick.
  14. Thought I would post up some pics of my new ride (not so new...had it for 3 months) considering i gave it a wash today.
  15. Controls the waste gate, there for controls the boost pressure to a set value that you can adjust. TM35: looks nice.
  16. Thats exactly what I wad aiming for.
  17. Thought I would share. I think the mounting position turned out good. Would like to see others pics of there mounting positions.
  18. Done! Too easy once you have the correct info. Cheers.
  19. I get it now! The figures are just an indicator of where the dials are. They are not a kpa setting. Thanks for your help mate.
  20. Ok found a manual for it. Strange thing is it refers to all the display in PSI..... ETF? Anyway I was just setting it up and for some reason it won't let me adjust it over 100kpa. I want to set it at 16psi.....110kpa. I'm starting to think I should have just bought a cheap one.
  21. thanks for your help, much appreciated.
  22. Hi guys, i installed a hks evc 5 today but dont have the user manual..... and im unsure how to use the digital screen and change the measurement values from Kpa to PSI. i also dont know what the different modes are, how to lock in the max boost and why the b volume knob keeps flashing. if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated or even better i got a copy of a user manual.
  23. Apparently some people don't like the aftermarket buttons because they are rubbery not hard plastic. But I personally like the aftermarket ones better.
