there is a place in blacktown called plastifusion(i think thats how u spell it) they recondition headlights.

i done it about 5 years ago with my old r33 4 door. it made it look heaps better from the rear.

i recomend getting it plastic welded. fibreglass, glue, and putty will all just crack.... get it done once and get it done right. there are some really good plastic welders around now.

i know where they are i think i will pay them a visit. i really do want it done properly and they would prob only charge a couple of dollars its pretty quick to do 2 beads.....

i would deffinetly love to have a go at building my own, if i seen one i could take measurements ect... as for the local radiator shops, thats exactly what i tried first, i sopke to 3 local shops and they all said they order the necks in and they are already beadrolled...

hi guys ive almost finished installing a new gt35r with internal wastegate in to my r34 but cant find a supplier for the outlet gasket (one between the turbo and dump pipe) ive done searches and been in contact with heaps of gasket suppliers exhaust+turbo shops ect but no one has them. (found heaps for external wastegate but none for internal). can anyone surgest anywhere to look? thanks Justin

hi guys im after a bead roller used to make the bead on the ends of intercooler piping (you know! so the hoses dont pop off). im having a real hard time trying to find one, anyone got a surgestion on where to get one? thanks Justin

sounds to me like one of your linkage rods have popped off or broken.....i have a similar prob but mine is an electrical fault, in my r34 the central locking isn't working on the passenger side.

hi guys i have a power fc in my car (R34 GTT) but unfortunatly no hand controller, can any one help me out with a second hand one? surgest where to buy one new or even lend me one for a couple of hours if in sydney? i really would preffer to buy one though. Thanks Justin

sounds like plugs but could also be coil packs failing(one at least), wont be a fuel problem but if you want to check anyway your fuel pressure should be 36psi with vac connected and 42psi with vac disconnected off fpr. coil packs resistance is about 8 ohms if i remember correctly but dont hold me to that figure. i have had the exact same problem lots of times and it is always plugs or water around the plugs(i have a vented bonnet and the cover isnt over the plugs). thanks Justin

i recently fitted a greddy manifold to my r34, (still sorting out some minor idling issues) but on the r34 small coolant lines run fron thermostat area up to inlet manifold then along top of the inlet manifold then through aac valve then around the rear of the engine to the turbo. pretty basic what i did.just tose all the old unused coolant lines over your shoulder (ei, the ones that go to through the manifold, throttle body and aac valve) and run a new hose directly from the thermostat area to the hard small steel line that goes to the turbo. (the small stell line is located at the rear of the engine on drivers side.) thanks Justin

hi guys im about to mount up a 044 and surge tank (keeping standard pump in tank to act as lift pump) anyone done this in an r34? i need to be pointed in the right direction for the power supply, obviously the best supply is directly from the battery with a fused relay but the battery is in the engine bay of the r34 (not as easy as an r33 with battery in the boot) so i guess my main question is....am i able to get a 13.8 volt supply from anywhere in the boot of anr34 gtt? thanks Justin

hi guys any one know if the apexi power fc has a fine idle srew on it? (like the factory nissan fine idle screw) i would like to turn my idle down, i have already turned the idle down as fare as i can on the idle air control valve (iac valve or aac valve), but it still needs a little tweeking down. its idling around 950rpm at the moment (its manual) and ive checked for any vaccum air leaks but font none. thanks Justin

surely some one must have one laying around.

anyone know what this section (circled in red) of an r34 idle air control valve does? it seem to be themal controlled, it has coolant runing through it. pics attached. thanks Justin
