Thanks Mate, its hard to explain that water splitter tube, I dont really know the exact name of it - there is an image at the top of the location of the metal water tube, its located at the driver side rear of the engine, and it is a metal tube roughly 25mm in diameter and it has 2 small metal tubes on each side of it which are roughly 10mm in diameter, so its a large tube which has 2 other smaller tubes coming off it. Its the only metal water tube on the drivers side at the rear of the engine that is 25mm in diameter and has 2 other smaller tubes coming from it. The tube is fixed to the side of the engine with a small piece of rubber water hose and 2 hose clamps then obviously another water hose attaches to it with the 2 other smaller water hoses. Wow hope that doesnt confuse you too much. Damn Nissan hah

Hi Peeps, Just thought to post this up - RB25 CAS Cover - with this design it utilizes 2 of the mounting bolt positions - so you can adjust the CAS Accordingly prior to putting the cover on, and fasten with the top central bolt - then CAS Cover goes over the top and uses the other 2 bolt positions to secure the cover and also fasten the remaining bolt positions for the CAS. The only thing I need to alter is the logo so when the cover is on the CAS - obviously it sits at an angle, so when we look at the front of the engine the CAS sits angled but the text or logo's would be made square. At least it provides an idea of the design and as always a lot of finish options available. Any logo work welcome or anodizing which ever color, mirror polish finish options can be done, color inlays etc etc. Also supplied with 2 x S/S Socket Head Caps Screws with Polished heads. Just for reference the front face of this cover sits 13mm closer to the radiator compared to stock CAS It has also been designed to sit flush on the Timing Belt Cover Regards Kustom20

Hi Callan, Thanks for your message mate, I can shoot through a PM for costing for the R33 Upper Radiator Support Brackets. List of some parts are as follows - basically anything you want custom manufactured for R33 is quite easy and most Skylines for that matter - we have access to R32 R33 R34 vehicles for taking measurements if we dont have them already. Upper Radiator Support Brackets Coil Covers Engine Ornament Plates - (Coil Cover badges) OEM Badge replacement into Billet Fuse Box Covers Alternator Brackets Hex head/Socket Head Cap Screw - Bolt Cover Caps Oil Caps Brake Fluid Caps Brake Line Holders Shock tower caps or covers Air Box and Air Guides Custom Badges - Boot Front Guards Grille - or anywhere you need to put a cool badge. Custom fuel surge - overflow - washer bottles External Fuel Pump Mounting Brackets Custom Battery trays - to suit battery specific - we do custom full trays for hotrods for the Optima Yellow and Red Tops - but can do either universal or vehicle specific trays. Custom Strut Braces Thats just to rattle off a few parts - but anything you are looking at getting fabbed up just sing out. Cheers

WTB - RB25DET Pipes Hi Peeps, Just chasing a few parts to get my vehicle back to a standard for roadworthy inspection, I have attached a couple of images of parts required. Maybe someone has these lying around after an upgrade. Parts required - see attached images 1 x Water Tube Splitter Pipe - Location in image (Metal Tube Drivers Side Rear of the engine) 1 x Turbo Inlet Metal Tube Only 1 x Standard Turbo Exhaust Manifold - my current one has a big crack half way through right near the turbo flange area. From my understanding with current items that would not pass inspection are the following as outlined in EPA document - Unroadworthy items list. http://www.epa.vic.gov.au/~/media/Publications/1031 4.pdf 1. Plenum Chamber 2. Aftermarket Throttle Body 3. BOV Atmospheric release 4. You can either have aftermarket intercooler or Pod filter - if you have both the Pod needs to be in Airbox 5. Dual Stage Boost Controller 6. Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator 7. Aftermarket Turbo that interferes with the standard emissions and is not an approved ADR replacement Any info would be greatly appreciated - Luckily I have 90% of the parts to change over - just a few which were cut and re-purposed for the mods.

It turned out excellent your Alt Bracket. I dont think I even got pics with the red after the first one got lost in the mail. That would be super if you send through that email. Anyone interested in custom CNC work please contact me, we will draft your part at no costs and work very close with you on design. Machining of most materials, Aluminium/Billet, Brass, Carbon Fibre, Nylons and Plastics/Acrylics, Delrin etc
We have many finish options available and can suggest alternate options to really make your part stand out,
Mill Finish, Semi Polish or Mirror Polish, Anodizing, Color Inlays, Multicolor Anodizing, Crystal Clear resin, expressive pattern tool paths, or mixtures of all finish options and material into one piece.
We value all SAU members requests very highly because of such a great site - these guys have put a lot of effort in creating an excellent forum for Skyline owners enthusiasts and much more. Please support the forum if you are not currently

Thats Fine, I will draft some up for you to review - purple is fine - we could even splash some metal flakes if you like - each to there own I will PM the drafts through - not sure I will get a chance tonight working on a big project for a customer - should be through tomorrow sometime late arvo. Thanks

Hi Shaun, I will PM details through for the radiator upper support brackets. Anodised blue is fine - on the front face we have roughly 36.00mm x 13.00mm for logo work, text etc depending on character size qty will determine if we can machine it. In regards to your decal badge etc - we would require outer dimension so we can draft something for you. We can incorporate many design aspects into the badge for you. Thanks

Thats correct, can supply some 3m with them if required, for the 33 and 34 ones testing them here on the covers are a press fit, nice and tight we designed them to be able to pull the plastic clips to release the cover, a full fabricated billet with the same style side clips would be relatively hard to remove. the cover will go down to the lower line on the side of the fuse box. cheers

Anyone interested for an upgrade to their engine bay we now have the R32 Fuse Box cover available - variations below and any design welcomed, we will work close with you for your design and send through sample drawings for approval before production. GTR Style - Nissan Skyline R32 Fuse Box Cover Billet - Anodised Black or any color CNC Machined - can add any style machining, company logo text image etc Color Inlay lettering - Crystal Clear over color All machined area's sealed to protect against oxidation Multi Color Anodising available Orders generally take up to 5 days for production completion and delivery. We can also provide this in a mirror polished finish - with the lettering we would black outline so it breaks up the silver/polish rather than going from silver to silver this would provide more contrast and make the overall appearance stand out more. Thanks
