Might be worth joining one of the 35 GTR pages and asking a few questions. From memory there is a specific 35 owners page in Aus and there are a few 35 owners in the GTROC's FB page (mostly from the UK).

Caved in and bought the Nismo wheel nuts. Didn't want any colour other than black and didn't want to fork out over $200 for wheel nuts. (Seems a little crazy to me). I will take on Terry's recommendations to keep them scratch free.

Thank you so much! That pricing is much more reasonable! Only problem is I really wanted black wheel nuts and I can't find them in black. I may have to settle for chrome. -edit- I found black ones but the pricing isn't as good!

They're not going to have any "executive influence" over their work. They will continue on YouTube as they always have. Discovery will only be showing specials that are already available on Youtube. I believe they will be also shown on some airline flights. Nothing will change from their current format, they will just be able to expand their audience.

Just an update for anyone reading this with the same issue. I bought a replacement boost sensor from kudos motorsport. I also found that my boost line had a split in it. I've now replaced both items and the car is working perfectly.

My car passed a RWC earlier this year with coil overs. As long as the car is above 120mm off the ground with no one in it you should be fine. Exhaust should be OK as long as it's not too loud but places that are not familiar with modified cars will probably not pass this as they need to take photo's of everything. Vicroads have been known to question inspectors who pass cars with non-factory exhausts. Air intake (pod filter) is only allowed if you are running the stock intercooler. If I was you I'd speak to a place who is familiar with modified cars and ask them of their opinion. Sometimes it's more hassle than its worth (which is why the seller isn't selling it with a RWC). LOL There were a few nice Merc's there, couple of nice WRX's and some awesome Audi's.

The event did mention "presented by Skylines Australia - Vic" so I would have expected a slightly larger turnout! It was a good night though. Heaps of cars and a good crowd. Police were doing breath tests and didn't really hassle anyone. I left and there were two highway patrols sitting outside just making sure no one was silly. The only dickhead there was a P plater ford driving around the car park revving his engine like a tool. Funnily enough there was an event at the same car park last week which was aimed towards a younger crowd I guess, I went along with a mate and as soon as we got into the car park there was an EL ford on fire hahaha. Side note - last night there was one of those new Merc C63's (V8 Bi-turbo). f**k me they sound so good.

I ended up going to the docklands meet....not many skylines there!! Probably four in total. There were a million VW Golf's though.
