Adjustable coil-overs can pass RWC you do not need to worry about buying stock coilovers
the stock coilpack tend to shit themselves over time
you wouldn't want to import a 34 gtr as there are only poor condition ones for your budget...plus import fee,tax, etc would set you an additional 5-10k on top of the selling price e.g
