  2. I got quoted $800 - ex Japan, for a Power Steering hose - All rubber! This was from Oakleigh Nissan I think, was over the phone...not a high pressure type of hose either. Other things can be well priced though - N15 type "Nissan" logo badges were only $12 each!

    Hello

    Hi Alan Welcome back :wavey:
  5. My old mechanic [different car] used to apply some type of anti-squeal film from a bottle, it was expensive stuff for what it was but it did the trick AND the brakes worked fine! Ask around Edit: just did a quick gOOgle search and it seems that Anti-Squeal is the name of the stuff! http://www.google.com.au/search?sourceid=n...q=anti%2Dsqueal
  6. me too, i live right near there. that sux big time - sorry to hear.
  7. I went from having only an aftermarket 3inch cat back exhaust and then bolted on one of BATMBL's combo pipes. I don't have dyno results with the current setup but I can tell you there is definately a noticeable power increase from the mid range to the top end of revs Standard CAT still in place too, for now! A slightly more aggressive exhaust note - which can be heard from the drivers seat AND standing outside at the back of the car! I wouldnt even call my current setup "standard boost" as the needle goes so much higher than a stock setup [inc. airbox and exhaust]. When I increase the boost it makes possibly more of a difference than before - due to the increased pipe diameter / air flow... Dunno if this helps much though? But I am very happy with my exhaust atm, do the cat and then i will be finished. For info cat-back section is Fujitsubo piping / resonator with a Kakimoto full body muffler = nice note, NOT loaud end
  8. $150 for the other set or neg?I'm very interested, whereabouts in Melb are you? PM me if you want
  9. The 6x9's were not in my 34. I had a custom shelf made up, they will fit in the rear of a skyline though. I have seen 6x9's bolted into a 33 or you can get a shelf made to suit.
