  2. Good work guys, the more the merrier
  3. This is where the factory Oil Temp gauge on mine comes in handy Coolant temp only takes a few minutes to reach operating temp but Oil can take 10-15 minutes or more in the colder months!
  4. I should be right to go in the next run dAVE, probably will get the front and rear clear winkers, let us know when its happening [didn't have cash in time for this one ]. Cheers.

  9. I dunno, a cadillac - eldorado? cant remember... sorry Ni slightly off topic
  10. yep how'd you know?
  11. My cars previous owner was Jon Voight
  12. Guilty That would have been me.
  13. Yes, the S bend. I don't get what is so hard about THAT S bend - I actually enjoy driving through it, always have, always will [careful when wet of course]. I don't actually understand why so many people have accidents there - I am guessing it is mainly "inexperienced driver" based. Good thing the cops are there then - usually a booze bus but often TOG cars too.
  14. why not let your fingers do some walking? White R34 GTT
  15. I saw it too, white R33 [looked like a SII] and the other car was a Red Civic up on the median strip next to it - it didnt surprise me, but I was *annoyed* for the rest of us that dont act like that. I didnt see much damage, lucky for them, but its only a matter of time if you ask me. High powered rear wheel drive cars + wet roads + inexperienced drivers or hoons don't mix! 2 other cars were pulled up in the left lane with hazards on - but still should not have been there - its basically a 24 hour clearway unofficially [no parking / standing]. One was an AE86 corolla and dont recall the other car but I guess they were cruising together... A timely reminder to watch your speed in the wet! To be fair, it is possible that they weren't going all that fast but I didnt see it happen so...?
  16. Get a Stagea then, they won't know the difference , but yes that attitude from the police is highly discriminating. I was down Chapel last night and saw at least 4 WRX's get Defected, a few commodores [not wagons though LOL], a supra, celica, and a few 200sx's also - mainly S14. I think the whole squad [of police] was there again including RIOT van - wtf for? I don't know.
  17. I am pretty keen on side AND front clear indicators - Nismo only. R34 GTT is same as R34 GTR side and front! [Reference available from Perfect Run]
  18. ozcruise.com no www does the trick
  19. Yes, its just a key "blank" that you take to a key cutter / locksmith and they will cut it to match your ignition key! There are 2 main types, one that suits R32/R33, S13/14, Pulsar etc and the other suits R34/S15... Beware though - I have the one for R34 and it is solid / stainless steel and 3 places refused to cut it, they said it would damage their machine and they would not do it. Mr Minit in Chadstone Shopping Centre did mine and had no qualms about doing it Cost was about $5.95 to cut.
  20. Filled up last night [ultimate]: 460km total, 55 L added - 11.95l/100km ~ probably my worst figure ever A normal cruise up the country I would have got 550kms out of that much fuel, my best was around 9.5l/100km but thats fairly rare [& relaxed driving]!
  21. Your car does have some decent pulling power Jack, but I wouldn't call your GTR a tow truck mate, c'mon thats a bit harsh I will be *keener* to go if I have my new tyres, so 1-2 months sounds better to me. And There won't be any corners dude, Heathcote is just a straight drag strip - in case you didnt know.
  22. Sorry dude, I thought you were taking the piss...previous post edited

  24. I have a new clutch since last time Which is partly why I think I should be in the mid 13's now, the old 1 had been slipping for ages.
