That was a RIOT van, I didnt see any riot's personally but you never know I almost always go down to chapel for dinner / coffee etc on the weekends, including last night. I dont actually grace the chapel st tarmac with my car - i just park "nearby" and watch all the clowns get defected - some ask for it, some dont. The only difference this weekend is that people were warned - Herald Sun, MX, The Age, NOVA, FOX and 7,9 & 10 news... I also heard today on Nova that they got over 100 cars, between Prahran, St.Kilda and any other area they were 'targetting'. They defected 37 cars just on chapel friday night! There is no yellow sticker on my car but i did witness a few get done.

Close, but the original issue was/is "Too Many Chicks Driving Skylines ????/" I disagree personally. About 1 in 30 I see may be women, if that. There have been countless other deviations from the original "gripe" [including my posts i guess]...

I actually dislike seeing a really good looking girl in a bomb of a car, its just wrong, prefer to see them in a nice car any day Maybe those types are the gold-diggers? Mind you, mutton dressed up as lamb doing laps on chapel st in a riced up hyundai excel is just wrong too!

I assume the vacuum hose was connected to the HKS BOV? If it wasn't that would make it still for sure... Even the stock BOV will stall the car if its not plumbed back! I tested the stock one vented in my car, return pipe blocked, Bov vented, vacuum hose connected = drives for a while ok, then HALT!!! Nothing

Both make good points but there are still 2 factors missing, does the simulator provide FEELING and ADRENALIN to the driver / owner? All of the fun is in the driving / dragging - a mad rush in my experience, what about that? IMO the adrenalin is what makes people want to do it whether legally or otherwise. Some of it is down to competition or EGO but there is still adrenalin involved and
