I also have the Blitz SUS and it definately makes plenty of noise and FEELS like it lets the turbo suck in a lot more air compared to an airbox, which in theory would give more power. Also when I put the stock airbox back on there is a boost pressure drop. My POD is also partitioned [from the heat]. Wait for Autobarn or someone to have a SALE. Mine cost me about $50 but was second hand in TOP condition though just look around you will find one cheap enough eventually...according to tests though these filters dont filter out dirt very well...

not test driven but from memory they are only 110Kw engine from factory in a mid-sized car = not much for per4manse...

Bang for buck ratio is low though nark: 120Kw for $39,990+ on road costs! Think of what kind of Skyline you could get for that money...or any other car/.. I am not going to bag you for choosing the mini though, each to their own. If I went from a lesser powered car to a S/C mini I would probably love it, but the fact is going backwards in performance will be a lot harder to cope with

I am not 100% sure, though I do know there are subtle differences between each series, R31, R32, R33, R34 etc. if you look closely. So maybe the GTR ones are slightly different and not suprisingly more expensive - though they look pretty much the same in the pic.
