Fair enough - they are not brand new rims, which is why they are priced accordingly. Another member on here is selling these for $1400 without any tyres. If you want brand new condition [which is fair enough] you may have to buy brand new. Brand new 17inch Jap Wheels are not $1250 with good tyres though. Brand new 17inch Aussie [China/Malaysia/Thailand/Korea derived etc] wheels are available for a similar price to mine but may not be the same quality I have no idea about "fixing scratches costs" myself.
