The Aus frequency converters are dodgy then...cause our FM band ranges from 88-108Mhz [megahertz] so you will miss out on other broadcasts too - like 89.9, 90.5, 91.5 etc... I changed my JAP unit over 2 weeks after buying the car to a locally bought pie-on-ear - partly cause of radio freq's...so I now have the full range [88-108]... unfortunately I aint going to the cruise / meet / drive ins... ah well

my back w/screen is supposedly 15%, no vision problems for me... the tinter at Premier said a lot of jap imorts come over with 5-10% tint on them [at the back mainly]sp maybe you had that Arsn?

Same here Arsn, previous car was done darkest legal @ tint a car [foostscray store] and looked nice but still not that dark... I am very happy with my tints from Premier. Good quality tint [metal], warranty and low cost...no complaints so far had them done 2-3 weeks ago now...

The same deal I got ~ radio ad, except I only needed the 2 fronts tinted, so was only $70. No, they will do a lot less than 35%...

I didnt bother reading the warranty as it only cost $70 and the tint on its own is usually pretty cheap anyways [parts]. I am sure the bulk of the $70 would have been labour...I am just guessing though! The Premier guys have been around a while too [not that i personally think it matters too much] I believe. They also do skylines all the time...also cars a lot more expensive than ours...I am talking cars over $100,000+ porsche, ferrari, etc. As long as you are happy with what you get [including price] then nothing else really matters!

35% is pretty light compared to how most jap imports come here -usually 10-20%. You can look at samples at just about any tint place before you stick it on. I dont have pics since I tinted my front windows but their is a nice difference... here is a before shot for reference

Prices so far are too expensive...imo I just got mine done 2 weeks ago. Cost me $70 for both front windows...the rest is already really dark...i think full skyline tint was $150-180 BTW this is TOP quality tint and has lifetime warranty too. It is a Metallic based film, not the cheap ass dyed, fading crap! I got it done at Premier tint on cheltenham road dandy ~ not far from you INASNT [i think]. BATMBL: How about the above parts for an R34? Can you get the CATCO cat and dump / font pipes? And are the prices similar? I already have a 3.5 inch cat-back exhaust. I am assuming this stuff would complete my exhaust system? Thanks!
