  1. So she's just about all done now. Had her on the dyno yesterday to run it in. Had a couple issues that we sorted out as well. Surge tank setup was melting one of the fuses. Got some info from AI and rewired how they said. Moved back to 30A fuses and haven't had any problems so far. We also had a trigger issue at around 5500rpm. Pulled cam trigger off and reset the airgap to 1.5mm and seemed to fix the issue which was good. First pull after the error he eased into the throttle and managed to punch out 780whp at 6500rpm. With the bigger turbo and bigger rear housing the boost has gone up to 30psi on the gate now which is not ideal but oh well. Need to make it hook up now and it should be pretty quick.
  2. Fastest and quickest red street rb34 r33 gtst with sunroof on a 255 radial. Should be able to hold record comfortably
  3. The beast will be ready to rumble this week (fingers crossed). Tried cranking for oil pressure yesterday but no go like last time. Had to start her up and got oil pressure straight away. Had a trigger error so ran a bit strange. Went over it today and I forgot to plug an earth in so no more trigger errors ? Found a leaking coolant adapter as well so need to replace that then good to go. Need to weld up new elbow off turbo and block breather fitting then chuck it on the dyno Also picking up a 3.69 diff to swap gears into my housing which will sit me on nice highway rpm and should help spinning as well.
  4. Finally got a headgasket for the beast... Slapped it on on friday night. Then yesterday and today started bolting more stuff onto her to go back in. Finally got it all on today, pulled gearbox out and dropped the motor into position and got most of the wiring hooked up. Looks same same but different ? Need to get a few fittings for the new block breather and weld a bung onto the catch can for it. Need to make a catch can drain line so we can drain it easily when we're racing (hopefully blowby will be sorted now). Also need to weld on a new elbow on the turbo to match up to the cooler piping. Ill be chipping away at it this week. I think ill get the box back in first then get everything else sorted after.
  5. Also run it in my car via the Link G4+ GTR as well. Have fuel pressure sensor and setup differential pressure to cut once it drops below nominated pressure. Still running 3x 460s full time to lazy to setup staging of 1 or 2 pumps.
  6. Not much happening lately just been chilling. Got my motor back few weeks ago with a couple upgrades on it. As you can see in the 3rd pic blocks now grouted for street use. Should strengthen her up a bit for when we try push close to 1200hp out of it. Just a bitta safety and peace of mind. Put in a -12 block breather to relieve crank case pressure to help let the oil drain down quicker and also stop my dipstick from being ziptied in ? I finally got it on the stand and started chipping away at everything I could do on it before head goes on. Just need to get some sealant and couple gaskets and the bottom end will be ready to go again. Also borrowed some 275s off a mate and sorta managed to squeeze them in. They are very tight and I'm not sure if they'll clear once the tyre gets some heat into it. Along with some cheap adjustable coilovers I got so I can play around with ride heights with hopes to get it to distribute weight a bit better and get some more bite on the tyres.
  7. Yep built 3.4 with a fairly big 26 head, no gas and through glide.
  8. 1021hp 1374nm 35psi
  9. I've just found out that the "7675" I thought I had was actually a 7175 rated to 985hp. Explains why it was so responsive and why my IATs were so high on high boost ? The 7275 Gen 2 should be a pretty stout turbo considering its rated at 1200hp and biggest housing offered is a .96 which should mean it will possibly spool a bit quicker than my 1.12 7175? Mine started to max out low 30s so im not sure how well matched the compressor is to the turbine but the newer wheel might make it better. I've now upgraded to a 7685 so we'll see how that goes. Will report back once shes up and running again.
  10. Not much happening lately. Sold my turbo and bought a 7685. Found out that my old turbo was actually a 7175 not a 7675 like I thought. It did well considering it is only rated to 985hp O.O Bit worried about the the new turbo being a fair bit bigger now and also going from a 1.12 to a 1.28 rear housing. Hopefully the 3.4 with my converter still gets it onto boost ok. But it will definitely rid the motor of any restrictions now. Will chuck it on the dyno and see what she makes and most likely have to drive around on low boost to have any chance of hooking up ? Definitely need to sort out some suspension, diff gears and some 275s...
  11. Selling my PTE 7675 1.12 turbo. Turbos mint condition no shaft play. Ceramic coated rear housing. Selling due to going bigger. Made 1021hp on 35psi Will come with front cover in 3rd pic with 3.5" vibrant clamp SAU special 3k Pick up Brisbane Northside but can post at buyers expense. Listed elsewhere
  12. Not much has been happening with her lately. We've made a new catch can as the old one was restricting it and pushing a bit of oil into it at roll racing. Was having to drain it before eliminations, now with the new one we went the whole night without draining it. Got home and there was about 150-200mL of fuel/oil which is a lot better than what it was considering it still has 2x1.2 feeds into the head. Next time we pull the motor down ill be blocking the center feed which will hopefully sort it out completely. Car has been going well at roll racing. We've found the limit of the tyres at around 28psi boost. Timed with the dragy have been running a 4.1 100-200km/h time out there which is still half a second off the quickest RWD car out there. Getting out of the hole is the hardest part being restricted to only being able to go 40-50% throttle until hi gear to avoid wheel spin. Now looking into going 3.7 diff gears which should allow us to get off the mark a bit better. Hopefully try and get that done before next roll racing. Also new tyres are needed and I also want to get some coilovers for the front to raise it up as she is sitting very low with the new setup. Raising it should help transfer the weight onto the rear wheels a bit better. We will probably end up going to a 275/60 MT which will open up a whole other can of worms. Will have to do a bit of modding back there to get the 28" tyre to fit as it will be very snug. In the meantime I'm going to get some smaller spacers and pull a tad bit more camber out in the back to try and get that little bit extra contact on the tyre.
  13. So I've done a bit of research but haven't been able to find a concrete answer. I want to get s15 3.69 gears into my R33 non abs diff. I have read that the S15's are apparently short nose but not sure if the gears will go into my short nose diff as there is an abs sensor on the front of the S15 diff like the R33 ABS diff but R33 is a long nose. Can anyone confirm if I need an ABS long nose diff to put the S15 gears into or will they work on my non ABS short nose? Thanks
  14. My 7675 put down 1021hp @35psi. Turbos out of puff though. Setup is 26/30, spool 3.4 stroker, 7675 1.14 twin scroll twin gate. 20190525_122858.mp4
  15. Finally got her on the hubber today! Put my 3rd fuel pump into the surge tank last night and upgraded the alternator cable. Car is on point! Ran out of turbo at 35psi making a whopping 1021hp! Can't wait to dial her in and see what she's got down the 1/4. 20190525_122858.mp4

  17. Few pics from roll racing on the weekend for you guys! Have ordered my 3rd fuel pump to chuck into the surge tank. Should fuel the setup at max power no worries now. To do list is install the pump this weekend and wire it up. Hopefully take the car for an alignment saturday some time. Then if all is well we'll chuck it on the hub dyno the following saturday. Also gotta get a button for push to pass on the street if i need it. 30psi or so. Then setup the low/hi boost switch for 25psi and 40psi. Thaat should keep me happy for a while ?
  18. Im actually considering it hahaha. Tubbed, 325s and 9"
  19. Cheers mate, really happy with her last night. Cant wait to put some boost in
  20. Another mint night out at roll racing last night. Car performed absolutely on point all night, not one issue now. Prepped the car when I got back on yesterday. Drained catch can, fixed my shifter bracket, pumped my tyres up, finally hooked my boost gauge up and gave the car a bit of a tidy up. Went more prepared this time with a bottle of oil and an empty bottle to drain my catch can into at the track. I had 10 runs all night, dropped the can before eliminations, after 6 runs and about 250-500mL of liquid came out. Which is good compared to the last time i had it overflowing. Heres some videos for everyone. received_727489417653392.mp4 20190511_190033.mp4 20190511_190807.mp4 20190511_195300.mp4 20190511_195852.mp4 20190511_210356.mp4 20190511_211856.mp4 20190511_212713.mp4 20190511_213228.mp4 received_2164299317142972.mp4
  21. Quick update, took her out to Roll Racing on Saturday night for a shake down run. Car went well apart from 1 small issue. Went out to give my mate a run in his 2J RX7. Waited in line then was about to do my warmup skid and coolant started pissing out the overflow bottle. Shut her down and waited for her to cool a bit and drove her back into the pits. Upon inspection we found that the fan connector plug had melted. We called it a night for racing and rigged it up straight onto the battery to get me home. Have ordered a new DT plug which should fix the issue as we just had a cheap narva plug on it. Pretty happy with how it feels at 25psi. 1st gear is a nightmare for traction so I'll have to play around with the alignment and tyre pressures and probably need to do a bit bigger skid to warm them up. Here's a few vids from the night. 20190406_174628.mp4 20190406_181444.mp4 20190406_185833.mp4 20190406_185331.mp4 20190406_181948.mp4
  22. Weather was mint in brissy today so I took her out for a stroll. Went and got the groceries, then mate decided to come round for a cruise on his bike. Of course had to hand out the smack down show him who's boss ? Only a little MT09, but he also has an R1 that I'll line up when we get home next weekend. Little vid with some GPS action as well. 23. Couple more vids, car is amazing to drive. Only thing is it chewed my a/c belt and also spat my powersteering belt after, from hitting limiter in first. What has everyone done to keep their belts on and alive?! received_1170754579751135.mp4 20190330_123530.mp4
