i didnt have any trouble with the police this year. being local and needing to get around i was only pulled up on the thursday night by a bike cop. he did the usual and checked everything(mine you missed the haltech map sensor....thank god!!) then he warned me not to take my car out over the weekend as i would get hasseled by the rest of them and to keep it locked away. i got bored and needed to use it on sunday so i took it out for a while and not 1 cop looked at me twice!!! and i think i passed 6 or so in an hour and half

the 1 thing i hate about it is that most that comes down expects locals to stay home and out of the way... some dont care! i have had a few drinks with people until the cops see us drinking haha DONT wear back packs with ya stash in!!! they get you everytime if anyone is planning on going down pm me on friday arvo or sat day...iv lost all my drinking buddies!!!!!

being a local and experiencing many schoolies(and all the shit that goes on) i dont think they are really out to get ya. i never really had too much trouble with them. this year though it will be at home as it is defectable! but if you dont have that problem then i would say you should be fine but expect unwanted attention!! if you dont want/like then leave it at home. i got a mountain bike to ride where ever i need to get to these days but the first year i had the skyline i actually took it out. i was pulled up by a group of under cover cops like 5pm on the friday arvo after pulling out of a bottleo... search my car over(not for defects, but drugs im guessing) but found out i was local and then layed off a bit. started asking me all sorts of questions about the car, like whats it worth. how fast have i gone, is it quick. which i thought was funny! they were fine and had no motivation to defect me(although the car was mostly stock) most of the weekend i left it at home til me and a couple mates wanted to go driving. i had 2 'ss' cop cars following me. fortunable i knew the back streets of my home town very well and i avoided any probs with them by taking a coulpe extra turns in my drive home.. i reckon thats where my trouble would have been if they had of pulled me up then i was drive from work to home on the monday and they pulled me over for a rego check. and let me go with no issuse. last year a mate of mine was pulled up but the 'ss' but the cop in it was dence and didnt know what he was doing( BOV's vent exhaust gasses to ATMO...well according to him. oh and a standard return valve is illeagel. haha) so do want ya want really. thats my experiences with and my and a mates car. i have had other run ins with the police at schoolies when i was younger, but i dont see me being that stupid now.

Hey flick yeah that was me that txt'd ya when i was running late but turned out ti got there with plenty of time to spare. i actually ended up leaving like last as i didnt kno what was going on haha ah well i still had heaps of fun. at the end point i didnt know what was going on so i just pulled over where i saw the first group of cars pulled over and waited for another mate that wanted to go on the cruse but was busy to meet up. then we went on our own cruse around town til i had to boost back to VH. will have to meet u and all the other sau'ers soon!!

i was the 1 running late although i got there with heaps of time to spare. i didnt find anyone, was going to message and ask where everyone was. i just crused like a loaner all by my self and got laughted at as i was entering the park lands, i dont know why... haha. ah well i dont think any of those non skylines like me in between them all. alrthought there was a very clean looking black r34 with led tail light a few cars infront of me. there was a nice looking r32 gtr(im 99% surem it was a gtr) following me up the hill for a bit

yeah i maybe up for 1! specially now that the weather is getting nice! and nights warmer... but will be working til 5pm so if i can make it i wil(if i dont have any thing else on, i will check with my boss)
