Hi guys i have had this cooler sitting in my cupboard for a fair while now, and had the intention to put it on my car. but due to finding time to put it on, and getting motivated to put it on, im going to sell it. This cooler is also blue in colour. The kit is brand new. and willing to let it go for $320 delievered, as that is how much i paid. 19 row alloy cooler (250x135x50mm) - Stainless braided hoses - Ionised alloy (blue OR silver) relocator and sandwich plates - mounting bracket - gauge sensor inlet. - Suits RYCO Z160 filter (doesnt include thermostat or filter) Thanks Barret

i have a turbosmart type 3 blow off valve would you be able to explain what a factory tension blow off valve is cause from lookin at it, it sounds like it nothing to do with the turbosmart one. is it one thats on the turbo itself?? Any help is much appreciated

and please dont say anything about the turbo as its not stock, its hiflowed and had been runnin at that pressure for couple of months and is awesome, have checked the play in the wheels recently and is the same as when i got it rebalanced and cleaned. currently running 320rwhp but have restriction on standard actuator and only goes to 15psi

Sorry to interrupt but im havin similar issues, with slightly putting my foot down at 100 comin under load, and jsut creepin into positive boost that my car starts hesitating, and feels like compressed air build up and then unloads the air back through the propellers through the turbo. and jerks. its comin down that i f@#kin hate drivin my car, other then that ya flatten ya foot and it pulls hard as. I have noticed it in 4th and 5th. And have only noticed it since i had a tune with my pod air filter install, 550cc inj, fuel reg, and upped boost to 18psi. Anyone have similar problems, im goin to get my car tuned soon. see whats happenin

Hey guys anyone located in Brisbane area that has a r33 diff they want to get rid of or best place to get a 1.5way would be great, Have doen auto to manual conversion and auto ratio is pissing me off. doing 2800rpm at 100 in 5th. Thanks

Digging up an old thread, but i have had the conversion done everything is going great, only thing i have been querying, is the auto diff is still in the car i have noticed, and found out from this thread, because of the different gear ratios, that my car is sitting on 2800rpm on 100 and is f@#kin annoyin me. so i will be after a manual diff, or jsut go aftermarket and get a 1.5way is this a good option? im wantin to drift my car, so would best option just to go straight for a 1.5way. Im still using the car for the weekend. Does anyone know the cost involved in gettin a new diff put in, and how long it takes. Thanks

well thats fair enough on a rb20, but he has stated its a rb25det series 2 with cams and all the fuel supporting mods. As i dont have a t04e, i wouldnt know, but looking at my car and he has a bigger turbo, ball bearing?? Maybe not at 1 bar but hopefully it shouldnt be too far off

looking at your mods and the condition of your engine with cams, it should see full boost earlier then it would, with just standard ones. And i have just a r33 plain bearing hiflow on mine set on 15psi pretty much doin 230rwkw. with pretty much the same mods as you except for cams. My turbo is set on 18psi, but i have been restricted to 15psi because of the standard actuator bleedin off to early. Having a t04e turbo, ( i haven't had one before, but have seen specs.) i would be hoping to equal 270rwkw and or higher sittin on 1bar boost. Just depends how good your tuner is, and what condition all your mods and turbo is in.

Hey man I have 320rwhp at the treads but i have a rb25det. So probably won't help you but i'll give a list of what i needed, Apexi Power fc AVCR Boost controller 3" exhaust with hiflow cat, 3" split dump to cat hiflow r33 turbo, steel wheels set on 18psi 555cc injectors Nismo fuel reg Turbosmart BOV Apexi super intake pod Apexi hard intake pipe Z32 afm Walbro fuel pump My Acturator on my turbo is restricting me as it originally was only suited to deal with 7psi. So it hits 18psi then drops off to 15psi. So im getting a adjustable actuator for it. But i believe with the mods you have stated, and a sufficient amount of boost if your going to use a t3/t4 turbo, it could hit it. A thicker metal head gasket would help lowering the compression, and wind up the boost a bit more. I would also consider cams later on, doesnt the gtr cams fit into the rb20's?

Hey Guys Have injectors and afm for sale they are located on ebay, and both are in good condition Just that the injectors will require new o-rings, as the originals were damaged when taken out, due to drying up. mines doin that on my hiflow r33 turbo excepty mines sitting on 18psi, dropping to 15psi and actuators on r33 turbo is 7psi, so yours should be holding. i would be leaning towards the actuator is stuffed or turbo leak
