the pump is new, had it put in about a year ago. Greaaaat. :( Wheres a Sparky when you need one?

So my fuel pump fuse was blown. I swapped it out, started it again and it blew immediately. What does this mean?

Update: Upon further inspection, I have no Stereo or Air-con either. I don't have the tools to test it at the moment.

immobiliser is disabled but I don't have the tools to check the fuses (or the knowledge)

Update: Car has power. Battery is charged. When I turn the key, car is oddly silent (normally I hear my fuel pump etc...) Turn the key, car tries to start, but won't turn over. :(

I've used a multimeter and everything is running properly. My only guess is bad/old wiring?

Im not 100% sure, It has little lights which light up (8 in total and when I tried to start the car it was at 6/8).

I've got some sort of Power-Drain going on with the car. Left it on charge overnight last night and it didn't move an inch. disconnected the battery and it immediately started to charge. This isn't going to be fun.

Woo! Just got this for $180. Not sure if legit or not but it's much better looking / less damaged than my current bumper. Painters/ experienced paint people - how should I approach this?
