  1. I love the rain too. But not when I need to work on the car. Was hoping to have it running in Time for tomorrow night.
  2. why did it have to rain...
  3. Not raining in the foothills. Can we expect to see the Integra at any upcoming meets?
  4. Damn man, Integra is coming along!, what type of paint did you use for the valve cover, and also, how will it handle the heat?
  5. I do not at this moment. Can borrow some stuff off of the in-law tomorrow though. Just using basic tools.
  6. I under-estimated how long it'd take and only replaced the first three. I will finish the job tomorrow.
  7. Yeah, I just need a hand getting all the piping out of the way, I tried it myself but it's been god-knows how long since it was removed. Worried about breaking something too. Will give it another crack tomorrow.
  8. Any advice for removing the last three spark plugs. Or do I have to remove all of this stuff? So google tells me I have to remove it Z00key laughed at me.
  9. Pretty sure these are dead
  10. next Friday is probably ok for me. Don't see why not.
  11. This Friday is no good, I have plans with my family. The car is idling really rough and has a case of the shakes.
  12. Erm, Welcome back Ellie!. I was wondering where you were. As for new: Cars back from panel beaters but has engine problems now. Been working too much, finally get a chance to look at it tomorrow. If anyone is free I'd appreciate the help? <3 and I might wash your car.
  13. Ayyeee! Welcome to the club!

  15. Some/most guitars, have a battery inside of the body, which is what powers the pickups (if you have a really rad guitar like I do). This game seems to suck the juice out of them though, and I have to constantly keep changing the batteries in my guitar because of it.
  16. Don't leave the cable plugged into your guitar. That thing drains the pick-ups battery like mad.
  17. I've been doing DIY up until I crashed it.
  18. Yeah I won't really have the time to look at it until Wednesday / Thursday but part of me just says to drop it off at C-red for a couple days and get them to do a once over. All these small mishaps tiring.
  19. Sorry, big night. Yeah, so as Z00key said, the car has a really rough Idle. I originally thought that maybe, somehow it got some dirty cheap fuel in it, so I ran a fuel treatment and topped it up with BP 98. Took it for a drive for about 15 minutes, gave it a small amount of crap just to test. It's misfiring (i think?) when you plant your foot. just a couple small pops from the exhaust. Got back home, Engine was Idling almost fine, but it was still off. Let it sit for an hour, started it again and the problem was even worse, the entire engine shakes in sync with the exhaust poppage. Maybe dirty coils or the spark plugs are on their way out. (I do have new Spark Plugs which I haven't put in yet, because im not confident on my gapping). MOV_0436.mp4
  20. Anyone know my an Rb25 would be putting out on idle?
  21. Hey...when you quote 1-2 weeks and end up taking 7... not good.
  22. nah. Those are rock chips. I probably removed the stains by 50% and on the right angles they're not noticeable. But they're still there. I should mention the process I used was (in this order). Wash --> Clay --> Cut --> Polish --> Wax, and then I sprayed some Maguires "quick detailer" on top. It took roughly one hour, just on the Hood alone.
  23. I think I did ok, given that I don't have power tools. Oh and Trev...I *could* wash your car/s for some shekels.
  24. Morning. So, now that i have my car back. I'm going to clay, cut and polish it. Starting with the hood and seeing how I go. This is really an experiment to see what results I get. The hood is covered in bird poo burn and numerous other stains, so... Let's get started
  25. Yeah well the Original Quote was 1 Week if they could find a door. It took them 3 weeks to find a door, which I ended up finding for them, and then two weeks to get the door on the car. Now seeing how banged up the door was when they picked it up (almost looked like a different door), it makes sense... but oh well. The way I see it is, the car is back in my hands, and fixed. Now I need to save some money, and once i'm back in my 'green' zone, I will continue to work on it.
