  1. I actually had a decent day. Work was good, had the right people on. Rest of the weekend is going to be awful though.
  2. How's everyone's day going?
  3. Off to work!
  4. Its the start of a long weekend. Police are out to make some money.
  5. This guys working Sat/Sun/Mon
  6. The way I see it is: Double Demerits + Baldivis is a bit of a recipe for disaster, I made this thread though, just to raise awareness of it, if any one did want to go. Sorry to all my Rockingham/Mandurah/Baldivis friends (I grew up down there), but it is what it is.
  7. I wish, it's a 500R, but if you wanna go for a ride, I know some good roads through the hills.
  8. That's me out!. In truth I'm not keen on photoshoots of my car until the body work is finished...
  9. Which brand did you go with your Dash Cams? and where/what new guages?
  10. Oh please, it's my sensible daily, its smooth and efficient...and so much harder to work on than the skyline.
  11. I personally get a very relaxing, sense of joy when cleaning my vehicles. i'm far from a professional, but after watching Larry's videos and following his advice, I improved ten fold.
  12. have you seen Larry's (Ammo NYC) videos? The guys taught me so much about Cleaning cars. https://www.youtube.com/user/AMMONYCdotcom/videos
  13. Well it's going to be smaller, cheaper jobs like this for a while. Contemplating clay-barring the car in an attempt to remove some of the stains from the paint. Never used clay before and I'm not sure if it'll do what I want... any advice?
  14. Results from my Rust Removal Pretty happy with the turnout...it's much better than it was but I just couldn't get that bottom left corner clean... There was so much rust the initial batch of CLR just went brown and foamy, I had to clean it out and re-apply. But, pretty happy with the results.
  15. Yeah... waiting on a response from a friend, if enough people go, i'll tag along...but I really don't have any money after fixing the fuel gauge and need to be a scrooge for a couple of months.
  16. Morning. Doing the rust removal on my boot today.
  17. She doesn't want to go.
  18. I'm waiting on permission from my Wife. I have family literally within walking distance from the meet.
  19. Ok, time to leave my mark on this thread. When we were looking for my Sender, in the fuel tank, we found a little syphon valve sitting around. So, at one point down the line in my cars life, some one stole fuel from the tank, yanked the hose out and the valve had been in there ever since.
  20. Well see...I went from full tank to 3/4 and back to full in 1 drive.... My car creates fuel , it's magic.
  21. Morning' all!. Gonna take the car for a spin and see how this fuel sender goes. Mark told me it was a bit sticky, and to give it a run in and see if it gets better or not.
  22. Hey all, just got invited by a friend to the Imports First Meet in Baldivis. <- This is a link All of the information I have is from the Facebook page, so check that if there are any changes. When: Saturday the Fourth of June (04/06/2016) at 20:00-14:00 (That's Eight O'Clock in the Evening until Two O'Clock in the Morning.) Where: Baldivis Masters, Corner Safety Bay Rd & Baldivis Road, Baldivis WA, 6107 Who: Will Add names here after confirmation Pre-Meet Location: [to be confirmed] These are the same guys who organised the Joondalup meet from last Saturday. Important Information: There is a No-Hoon Policy, Imports First have stated on the facebook page: There is Discussion of a Cruise down to the Rockingham Foreshore after the Meet, but I don't know if that's official or not. Also, for anyone with a lowered car, Enter from where the Main Masters sign is, as there's no speed-bumps, although it is a tight turn. It's a pretty easy location to get to, if you're North of Rockingham, take the Freeway South and Exit at Safety Bay Road, Turn Right and Baldivis Masters will be on the Left, just after the Giant Round-A-Bout where the Caltex Fuel Station is (great if you need a top up after the drive) The Instructions are pretty much the same for those South of Rockingham - Get on the freeway, Exit at Safety Bay Road and Turn Left, it's right next to the freeway. There's a Hungry Jacks and a Subway there as well for any one hungry and brave. If you're in the Mandurah area you probably know how to get there, but if not - Get on Ennis Avenue, Exit onto Old Mandurah Road, follow through to Eighty Road, It will be on your Left.. Right, with that being said, let me know if you're going and I will add your names to this post. Also, if you want to organize a meet up before-hand, post it below and when we decide on a location I will add it to this post to. We only have Three days until the event, so please be hasty with your responses. I don't need to say this but I will - Drive Safe, Do not Drive Tired, Do not "Show off", Let's get there safely, in one piece and enjoy the drive also: Theres usually speed cameras southbound on the freeway, I make that trip a lot, don't be stupid. Thank you.
  23. Splitfires, Custom Piping, Oil Filter relocation, Re-build, Candy Apple Red Spray job and some other things I can't remember. Edit: Memory kicked in - Front Mount intercooler and a bleed valve as well. (theres a couple things he noticed which I did not and I can't remember them)
  24. Ok got Tue car back. Mark from C-red is such a top bloke. We sat down and discussed the car for 30mins going over everything, he estimates 6-8k worth of work already done to the motor. We discussed where to go next and budgets too. very good and friendly service. They out a walbro 400 in and charges for a 202?, as that's all he could get his hands on.
