Ok. KYP in the morning. Glue takes hours to dry.

Ok. Got the wheel arch cover on. R34 ones do fit r33's and they have air vents in them which is awesome. Z00key is just finishing off the grill mesh and then it's off to KYP

Ahahahahahahahahahahaa. (my phone auto completed that) mesh front grill, strip tint, wheel guard liner. KYP will fix/replace my tachometer and get the car "pit ready" and then it's to the licensing centre to get it licensed.

So, my friend finally made it here this morning, the tachometer has lost it's tension, so when the Rev meter goes above 6k, it falls forward, that is the problem there. Needs a new cluster. As for my fuel gauge, it's not an electrical issue. Z00key and I are going to finish up the work that we can do on it tomorrow, and then it's off to KYP to fix the gauges and get it "Pit Ready".

I'll call them first thing Monday morning I guess and see what times I can book it in. Current Goal is to have it rego'd before Friday (going to take it to KYP Tue Arvo or Wed Morning to get it "inspection ready". hopefully take it over pits thursday, or earlier, depending on how long KYP take with the car.

Out of curiosity, does any one know how long it normally takes to get your plates after passing your car over the pits? and do you get a permit or something to drive the car during the interim? I'm assuming it'd take a couple of weeks but I have no idea.

I can't make it tonight (wife has a "Bad Feeling" about it, apparently she's a wizard), or the following week (2 of my brothers birthdays). Good news is, if every thing goes to plan, car will be licensed within the fortnight *crosses fingers and prays to the car gods*
