So I recently purchased a 92 R32 GTR and had it shipped to me. I was told it was mostly stock besides intake/exhaust. After getting the car I found that's not the case. So onto the problem, when the car makes boost it hold good up to 1 bar but after it goes over that it will cut out. the once or twice iv messed with it the make sure it wasn't a fluke the highest reading I saw was over 1.5 bar. I'm not sure if its cutting out because the fuel cannot keep up with the added requirement or if the boost is cutting out. I has the stock boost solenoid removed and both those lines cap'd off. So am i right to think it should be running off the turbo actuator pressure? When I rcvd the car it was also bone dry on fuel and i had to drive it on E to the local gas station. Maybe a clogged fuel filter?(already ordered a new one) any direction to look before I start ripping the engine apart would be great.
Side notes:
-The actuators look like they have been upgraded to HKS ones but the compressor housing still says garret
-I do know its not safe to run that much boost on stock turbos if they are stock.
