r34 25gt n/a good cooling system *Help*

Yeah you won't get a power increase from a new rad. The stock one should be more than fine for an N/A. If your rad is leaking or you need a replacement, i would recommend a standard replacement koyorad. I wouldn't trust the ebay cheapo alloy ones. -
Has anyone had any experience with the xforce dual tip mufflers? (part number MP01 - 3) I like the look of them, just not sure if they flow well.
-
Just in case anyone runs into a similiar issue, i lowered the boost to 15psi by installing a turbosmart e-boost street EBC and that has completely stopped the misfire.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did it cost to modify your manifold? Looks really good

Cheers for that man, very helpful. Im gonna order the ball joint press and hicas eliminator kit soon.
-
Should be sweet when its all in. Im planning on getting an eliminator kit, just heard the balljoint is a pain to press out. Which eliminator kit did you get?
-
Nice man, making progress. your fuel pump relay wiring looks nice and neat. What hicas delete kit are you planning to go with?

I purchased one of these bushes last year and the fit was wayy too tight. I emailed gk tech and told them, they confirmed with me that they had made a mistake and all of the current batch were the wrong spec. Maybe you got one of these bushes? They sent me out a new one asap and i personally found their customer service to be great. Also their products are good quality for the price.

Neo bottom end sold -
E85 uses approx 35% more fuel. So if 500cc = 500hp on 98 (i'm assuming at crank) then you will need 675cc to make the same power on E85

Fair enough man, personalised plates must be cheaper in VIC. Nice car and build thread.

Sr20det fuel line size

Not sure if it is the same, but for my r33 gtst running a ts800 fpr the hoses are 8mm. -
I'm running xpurt 1000cc injectors on my r33 rb25det and only running 250rwkw. They idle perfectly and perform well under all load conditions. Pretty much feel like stock injectors.

These are e85 compatible yeah? -
Yeah i might just take it for a retune somewhere else. Chasers seemed good but i would rather Chequered tune it, they seem to be the best and they also deal with hypergear turbos all the time. Im making sure to drive the car like a grandpa and not hit much boost. To be honest i really cant be bothered putting the old cat back in. Also when i shake it bits of catalyst fall out (not huge pieces but little crumbles) so im guessing its not in the best nick. I was thinking of getting an ebc before the retune, any suggestions? I was thinking the turbosmart eboost street. Also i noticed my canon muffler actually reduces to 2.5 or 2.75 inch piping inside, it has the jasma label. I was thinking of maybe swapping with a true 3 inch muffler.
-
Im running an op6 hypergear highflow and xpurt 1000cc injectors. The car was tuned about a month ago at chasers motorworks and has been running perfect ever since, until the cat install. Right now im thinking after i give the car a service(oil, filter, plugs) ill take it back to chasers for a touch up tune and hopefully they can fix it.

I have a boost guage, the car runs around 16psi of boost although i did not check the guage when i was getting the misfire so maybe boost levels have increased. The car is an r33 gtst with rb25det and is running a power fc

Ok i will get new plugs, only around $20 anyways.
