Ian, I have the grid rom board like I mentioned. Cheers, Ed

Ian, the daughterboard simply let's the ECU read from the ROM that is on the daughterboard (rom board) instead of the factory rom's that are directly soldered on to the ECU. If only things were as simple as putting on a socket

Ian, you can get the rom and address table from the australian agent that Sam listed. I'll put in $50 too. Brazen, that $135 included shipping for 1 board I'm sure shipping would be the same or a couple $ more if we get say 5 or more boards. What I'll do is start a new group buy thread in a moment where the number of people participating chip in evenly for the rom + address table. How does that sound?

That's correct. But if we nut it out ourselves then we won't have the additional costs.

I can always buy the rom data and configuration file. For around $300AUD but then I would be hard pressed to share it
  8. The apexi filters are really meant to be replaced every 24,000kms (from memory) or every 12 months. You can use an air gun and give it a blast from the inside out.
  9. No it's not. What did you want? Nissan, Colour?
  10. Sorry, I spoke to the manufacturer and they are just going through the QC process now. Once they pass the stress test and such I will have them first thing. I don't want to rush them as I'd had to see any wheel nuts fail on anyone.
  11. 21 is what I had. You can try and find the faulty coilpack and replace it or you could replace them all with splitfires.

Guys, we are still trying to sort things out. Can't really give you a time frame as everyone is putting in their spare time to get the fuelmap address table done. If you can't wait, you can buy the table for $300AUD if you really are in that much of a rush.
  13. Do the injectors fit on the stock GTT fuel rail? Or would I need the fuel rail you have for sale?
  14. hmm I never head of 6? I'll check nissan fast when I can. I think the last series (S3) which has garrett on the housing is BB.
  15. Seems, there are 3 different type of turbo's the 34's came out with. The Series 2 and 3 have a twin blade setup on the turbo's. Just something FYI. Some more differences between the 3 series between the ER34 http://2style.net/r34sedan/hikaku/hikaku01.htm http://2style.net/r34sedan/hikaku/hikaku02.htm http://2style.net/r34sedan/hikaku/hikaku03.htm
  16. Stock one for me.
  17. ok, this is from memory. Locate the diagnostic port. It is below the steering column, on the drivers side. It is a small panel you open and it will drop down with a grey plug. Have a look at the back of the plug. You will see 2 wires next to each other on their own. That's the two wires you need to connect via the paper clip to get it working. Turn the car to accessory mode. Short the 2 wires on the diagnostic port. You will see the lights on the dash flash (I think it's the check engine light) long flash is the first number short flash is the second number example 21. flaaaaaaaaaash flasssssssssssh flash I think the end of codes code is 55. This is ALL from memory, so I might be wrong on some parts. Let us know how it goes.
  18. The search function is your friend.
  19. That is all just from a street tune right wrxhoon?
  20. That is correct. Mine was coilpacks but those 3 light can mean anything. Hence why I keep telling you to RUN THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST Because that will tell you what the ECU sees as the problem. -______________________________________________-
  21. What diameter are the shocks?
  22. That by shorting it is connect two wires together that puts the ECU in diagnostic mode. Anyway, it is up to you. I don't have this problem with my 34 anymore.
  23. Can you measure how wide the section where your ass goes on? Also when was it manufactured?
  24. The front bar new from nissan is around $900AUD.
  25. so you're the GTR that ben talked about
