  4. I believe we do, it's the same plug/connector found on the 33 GTST's just that ours are mounted upside down.

  8. yes they come with rails. I am not sure if they'd bolt straight into a S13, might need to drill one or more new holes in the rail to suit?

  14. hmmm SAFC only does fueling control and is a piggy back. the powerFC is a standalone ECU, if you can afford it then of course go a standalone ECU. Otherwise for a piggyback, e-manage is more bang for your buck than SAFC.
