    Another option is Trust/ARC replacement cooler that is thicker than the factory one and flows better.

    Another option. Ferodo DS2500's. I'm using them now. Dusty and bit noisey. Stops you up very quickly though. EDIT: for around $220 for a set. :headspin:

    Maybe go for a re-core? Also the stock gauge will sit in the same spot from about 80-115 degrees, so don't rely on it!

    I thought manufacturers sent cars to the tuning shops so when their car is released, there is already a range of aftermarket parts for it. Making the car more enticing to buy.

    You might be pushing it on the ex side? Direct tomei drop in cams for the 33 25det is 256 in/ex 8.5mm lift. What's the duration on stock ER34 cams?
