  1. Dealer mechanics do get some training on locally delivered cars, they probably work so much on them that once they see a different car, they forget the basics?
  2. Hi Guys, Anyone washed their skyline's engine bay? I've washed my previous car heaps of times by going to car lovers pop the hood spray de-greaser all over engine bay let it sit use high pressure hose and spray left-right quickly spray armourall on plastic bits that's it... oh, my previous car had coil packs and Map sensor. Can I use the same method for my skyline? I assume I'll have to cover the cone filter to keep the AFM from getting wet and the battery. Anything else I'd need to cover?
  3. what do they actually do for a 40,000 km service? oil change, fluid top-ups etc?

  11. no wuckers :uh-huh:
  12. Keep in mind the 34 will be heavier than a 33. 34 would have a fresher motor, has NEO...how much potential in this case depends on how deep your pockets are. 34 has a poly-nylon (plastic?) compressor instead of ceramic that the 33 has. I think general concensus from 34 owners on a safe level would be 12psi...although 1bar on street use is ok. Track work you'd be best to dial it to more like 8psi. Why would you want to put a 6speed from the 200 up to the RB? They are fragile boxes when it comes to taking power. Stick with the stock box until you break it.
  13. yeah? well give it a go dude... It's probably the blinker fluids..and don't try and use the headlight fluid for the blinks, it will stuff things up... Good luck with it

  17. wow...for all that you should go local and bargain a package deal with them. The shipping involved with that plus the tax and then add onto that installation would probably only save you enough for a happy meal. Go see Jones @ BEL and see what they can do

Actually local servo would cost more and they'd give you the correct bulb too! Or go to AutoBarn, AutoOne, Repco etc... Fit it outside, if it doesn't work walk straight back in! They'll change it....unless it's not the bulbs but something else wrong?

hahaha...well are they the same as the rear ones? Best thing is, take it to the local auto electrician, they'd have the right bulbs for the right job!
