  6. so cos he drives a rex he's a fully sik habib is he? we are skyline drivers but we're also car enthusiasts which means most of us would have a general idea of how to do it or at least be able to point him in the right direction. If your plumber drove a rex he's prob be able to roughly tell you how to wire a boost controller wouldn't he? cheers
  7. i've got tein HR coilovers in my car and find that they are to stiff for the street. Are there some springs i can put in that would soften the ride but not compromise the handling? I think the springs in there are the stock ones, and the coilovers have no damper adjustment.
  8. what the hell is with the 'fully sik' comments? Just 'cause he doesn't drive a skyline and drives a rex? Geez...grow up would ya
  9. hey will u accept 300 incl postage to melbourne? If yes i'll take it, providing its in good nick. cheers
  10. I just saw the article on ACA about the accident which claimed the life of a 4yr old boy. Many of you would have heard that a 'highly modified' commodore driven by a complete and utter f*kwit skidded out of control and rolled onto a 4yr old boy playing in his front yard, killing him instantly. This story broke my heart to see the pain caused to the Smith family and fuelled anguish for those d*khead drivers out there. Let this be a lesson to all of us - think before you do it and don't do it. Keep it to the track. My heartfelt condolensces and deepest sympathies to the Smith family. R.I.P

  15. hey guys Just wanted some help if thats cool. I drive an R32t with Tein HR coilovers..and lately have noticed constant squeeking coming out of my two front suspension arms. I've been told that its the bushes in the upper arms that need degreasing, so they need to be popped out, greased and popped back in. Any suggestions on a good reliable suspension workshop in Melbourne to do this, the degree of difficulty and a rough estimate on how much it will cost? Thanks in advance phantom BTW i was told when i bought the car that they are nolathane bushes.
  16. i'll give u 750 for the turbo alone
  17. how much for just the turbo?
  18. i did it once I used to drive a VN as a first car and one day me & a mate took them out and chopped them just to see what it would be like. We cut the rears by 2 coils (we had spare springs). Better handling - $0 Better looks - $0 The look on the mechanics face when the springs fall clean out when car is up on the hoist - $ Priceless In short, don't do it. Its dangerous and will cause u to crash if u drive too fast with them in.
  19. how is that weak? its new technology and is a concept for what could be..... i dun get it?.....
