  1. Hi, Just doing some research about stroking a VQ30 with a VQ35 crank. Does any one know if this is possible? I found these specs on the net, i don’t know how correct they are, anyone that could verify these would be good. VQ30DET Bore × stroke 93.00mm × 73.30mm VQ35DE Bore 95.5mm Stroke 81.4mm Cheers, Ryan
  2. This is a very good quality trailer and is priced well. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to purchase a trailer. Good luck with the sale.
  3. The trailer is coming along very nicley Neil. That is a sweet purchase Ben, i like the tapered part at the back and the ramp storage.
  4. That is not a bad price for a good quality steel dual axle trailer. I saw a nice alloy one with electric brakes and a nose cone thing for $5500.00

I think the HR runs a larger journal??????
  6. Thanks Rantino, By the way the rotors are still going strong with the hawk pads. If any one has a VQ35 crank stuffed or not i would happily take it off your hands and try it in one of the VQ30 blocks lying around. All in the name of science. lol

  8. Well i will be the whale coming down on Sat lol.
  9. Saw a nice clean silver R32 GTR coming into Sawyers Gully yesterday arvo.
  10. Thanks guys, i might try the mechanical drums and see how they go. Electric ones sound good but they are super expensive once you get the controller, brake away, and the brakes them self. I am going to try and have the trailer ready for BS weekend, but i don't like my chances. We just have to build the ramps put the grid in the chassis and wire it up.
  11. That FD looks phat. Nice pick up on the zed too, i look fwd to seeing it out and about.
  12. Hi all, What brake setups are people running on there trailers? The one i am in the progress of building now only has cable drums. Will this be enough? The trailer i usually use has Hyd drums. It will be mainly towing my R33 gtst. There are some very nice setups in here, some better set up then my shed lol. Cheers.
  13. Nice, it has some good traction for that much power.
  14. Hey Pete, Do you have the front and rear upper control arms? If so how much dude.
  15. I will take one of the pockets. . PM your details.
  16. ooooooorrrrrrrrrrrr, its pretty. Why aren’t the ports covered???
  17. Thanks Drunkin. I just shimmed up my viscous one and it does the trick so far. May be have to up grade to one of these fancy non hicas GTR rear ends in the GTST one day.
  18. Does the R32 GTR have the same diff centre as the R33 GTS-T? The R33 ones are viscous aren’t they?
  19. I will book there too then, let me know when you book. I dont know if they will let me have the ext gate? it might be too loud? i took the car out yesterday and it sounds so shit now without it, and i don't really know when to change gears now. I am trying to sort out my CAI and front brake cooling this weekend and i am over it already. I am searching for ideas. Did you get your harness sorted out?
  20. Any ideas for accommodation yet?
