I have one of these on my set up it helps i think, especially if you are running a high mount turbo. Just make sure that you make your own gasket to go between the top and bottom sections, i had problems with mine comming out the back (it has to be at least 5mm thick, it will also stop a little of the heat transfer ) Good luck, Ryan

How much fun is pulling stuff apart. Ha Ha I hope you have marked every thing? Make sure that you plasta gauge all bearing clearances when you put her together so that you don't build in the same problem. And measure your piston ring to piston gap with some feeler gauges just to make sure that you don't need to replace the pistons as well. I would just linish all your bearing running surfaces give her a hone and replace all your bearings, gaskets and either pistons or pistons and rings. Check the cam chain tensioner cause they can make a hell of a noise when they are about to shit them self’s, if it is cheap i would replace it. Get the carbies balanced and checked by a motorbike mechanic cause they can be a pain in the arse to get right on older well worn bikes. Good luck, Ryan

Our stag is our daily driver, she no performance machine. I just love the VIP wagon look with a little bit of overtaking power But good luck with the conversions, i would love to see them when you are finished.

Don’t mean to be rude but why R34? The quad head lights on our models looks awesome and is unique. Any way good luck with the conversion. My partner drives the black RS stagea around Newy with BOZ plates give us a wave sometime.
