which wire behind the dash do you connect the tacho up cant seem to find the wire no one i know can seem to help me

can you hook up the tacho to the standard rev pulse wire in the dash and if you can which wire is it

Can you hook the tacho up to the stock tacho pulse wire in the back of the dash and if you can which wire is it any help would be great
