Just had a look at the diff, its got 3 numbers on it from top to bottom : 379, kn16, 29. All on the bottom of the diff. Is it the stock one? I think its grinding because the oils never been changed in it (drain plug doesnt have any marks on it) -

I put 2.5L castrol vmx80, drove it around and it feels like a new gearbox now, do i need to put more? I really cant get the filler plug off. Also diff fluid for r32 gtst? Minee grinds like a mofo when turning, which oils on this list should I get? http://search.supercheapauto.com.au/search?af= pagetype%3aproducts&lbc=supercheapauto-au&method=and&p=Q&ts=custom&uid=651762850&w=differential oil&isort=price -
Filling transmission oil through gearstick? So after having to cut off the boot that goes on the bottom of the shifter (previous owner didnt use a circlip instead used a hose clamp and tightened it with hulk hands) I'm now stuck as to what to do next. I cant change the fluid through the actual transmission because the filler plug has been tightened by hercules. What do I do next to fill the transmission oil? And does anyone have the part number for the boot that goes on the bottom there?

Yeah I will definitely get that one in the future problem is I dont have time to wait for delivery as I already bought an unregistered vehicle permit so I only have a limited time to get a RWC. Im located south east melbourne. So I bleed the master from the nipple on the right or the fitting under the reservoir? -

I have a question, so in the guide it says "the bleed must be done at every hose connection" so where are the other connections other than the the nipple on the cylinder? Also does anyone know where to buy that hose I pulled off? Went to two repcos and an enzed and they all didnt have it -

Car won't go into gear when running? So car was working fine when I parked it all gears worked fine, parked it for about a month, tried to drive it today and none of the gears will go in unless you push real hard and when you do they grind... Also when you push down the clutch all the way it takes like 10 seconds to go back up... So Im guessing the clutch is not being released so I checked the clutch reservoir and it was empty and there was a tiny leak from the hose which connects to where the clutch is. So I topped up the clutch fluid and it still doesnt work. Could anyone tell me how to fix this I will greatly appreciate it

Well thanks mate, luckily my dad drives a 97 falcon and had a spare horn in the shed haha Yeah thanks I finally worked it out

Now Im not really too bothered by what it sounds like I just need one that can plug straight in... could u tell me which plug its meant to connect to
