  1. Well thanks for all your help guys.. Turns out turbo water return is supposted to be connected at the tee off of the thermostat housing and not the tee in the back of the block.. No more gurgling heater hoses. Took about 500 pages of research online, to find one with my same problem. Heres the link for the other jerkoffs out there with the same problem. Good day mate. http://forums.nicoclub.com/rb25det-pull-write-ups-abound-for-noobs-and-others-t194781.html

  3. Hello guys, new here on the forum from Texas! Ive been in the nissan scene since 04'..Anyways, i have purchased a rb25 from the jdm importers over here. The motor seems to be great, until i turn on the a/c. I get a boil in the back of the motor that continues to boil the more i drive...Or if i shut off the a/c, boil will eventully stop once temp gets to 195f-198.. If i drive with the a/c off it will stay at 195f-198f.. If i drive with the a/c on it will stay around 210f-212F.. It never has shot coolant out to the reservoir, like a overheat condition... Tried multiple radiator caps. Im aware of turbo thermosyponing boil after the motor is off...But, this boil i have is with motor running while i drive, if i really trash on it the boil will spread to the upper radiator hose, only with a/c on...IM STUMPED and i dont want another sr20 lol ..Please help me guys! Heres a list of everything that is good. Headgasket, thermostat, new dual row aluminum radiator, Good clean condensor, condensor fan works fine , clutch fan, fan shroud, coolant 50/50 also tried 70/30 distilled.. heater core is good. Water pump is very strong..All hoses are new, no coolant leaks at all..Even added a bleeder valve on my heater core hose to bleed air.. Does have a freddy intake manifold with a new cometic gasket properly torqued down. No smoke in tail pipe, no oil in coolant, spark plugs are great.. Passed headgasket chemical combustion test and leak down test radiator/coolant system pressure test. The motor works perfectly fine idles great, but i have a boil when a/c is on. O yea forgot..ambient temps are 100f here haha
