Foudn this on GTR.co.uk it has some nice points to it

well all it sya is Nissan GTR no model is specified so it could apply to any nissan GTR, I don't think anyone could register the name and get away with it look at www.nissan.com they sued that guy, so I'm sure if anyone tried to steal the name they could have some kind of legal action against them.

Were not all that bad I don't mind changing my own oil at all. and rezz: the only people who think like that are the rednecks, alot of us prefer japanese cars to the crap they build over here but its the loud ignorant ones that get all of the attention...

The new version will take its cues from the GT-R concept car that has made the rounds at various auto shows over the past several years, and unlike its predecessor the GT-R will make its way to the U.S. With the 350Z already occupying a steady spot in Nissan's lineup, look for the GT-R to come Stateside wearing an Infiniti badge. A prototype caught testing on Germany's grueling Nurburgring test track made the rounds wearing the shell of a current G35, but obvious signs of serious modifications indicate it was no ordinary Infiniti.
