    sorry i was talking about r34 in this case should of been more clear. not sure if it makes a diffrence penrite and castrol seem to have non lsd oils listed for the rear diff (epx and hypoid)

    hey guys is there any additional bleeding required for a vspec diff oil change? is there any special oil reqired im getting told 2 diffrent things one is castrol epx and the the othere is castrol lsx thanks

    i really only use 5356 which i have had no problems with it, but i havent tried pipe/cast or sheet/cast with it. ive used 4043 before but thats only good for cast repair, i might grab 1kg of 4047 and compare it to the 5 series

    do you still use 5 series filler rod on the cast sections or swap over to a 4 seriers?

    you will prob look at a trust weld on if thats your budget, as you will need diff removal and refit and welding aswell

    there are several weld on pre fab sumps and custom sumps available and prices to match whats your budget?

    people run n1 pumps without issue too

    thats what i was getting at fatz my quote was for new diff gears front and back but ill try and dig it up

    but the ones trying to disprove its function only claim how it works in what they have seen on the dyno how can it be tested on a dyno when it is not subject to the same g forces being placed on the car like it would be if it was at the track

    i belive you dont need to remove the engine, well thats straight from terry at award diffs, he told me ha can do it in the car takes a little longer he said but no problems. i was going to do it when he was doing my diff swap to the new sump but as i hadnt sourced gears yet he said he can do it later when its in the car.

    Chris did you modify it to keep the pipe set while cutting or just the standard guides/table tilt?

    ive seen a setup in a daily that managed to handle 500+rwkw given it was a supercharged 8, the basic principles are the same still
