Basically you are registering the car if it were new, so it would have to comply with ADR of the day. In other words your car would have to be a stock GTR R32. If they wanted they could nknock you back for steering wheel, gear knob etc, etc ,etc. Trying to legally get a T78 engineered and approved was a bit of an ask, when most people keep egtting defected for having a BOV. ????
