  1. this issues has been covered many times over so try searching. From what you've said the oil pressure sounds completely normal. However if it does get very low than high again (ie from zero then back up to 3 or so)its either a faulty oil pump, or your oil pressure sender.

If anything I'd feel those guys A car is car I have a 92 180sx that we bought 3 years ago for 15 grand, now we've spent over 15 grand on it and its not even worth 15 grand, cars are there to be enjoyed not invested in

  14. huh? what do you mean there's nothing more to the story, there's bugger all you've told us other than the cars were "crap"? What cars are they? What grade were they from auction? how much did they pay in yen? They may have paid bugger all and gotten what they paid for.
  15. HPI lately has way too many Ads, i know ads make money but still its getting worse by the issue. Like the articles on the seats, how many times do they want articles on seats they didn't inform me of bugger all and was pretty much a 5 page advertisment for the seat brands - obviously their getting despret for articles. Also the content is at times very vague, the finer details can make the article so much more informative - ie spring rates, cam lift as well as duration, turbo configuration (A\R, Wheel trims etc). Also the articles are often written like a novel, how many descriptive words can you use in one sentance and still not sound corney??
  16. some how i don't think your telling us all the details, and they might have gotten what they paid for.
  17. Car is no longer for sale, I'm sick of all the time wasters and Bean Pullers out there. No one was forcing you to buy my car, if you didn't like the price buy a cheaper one and get a rude shock when stuff goes to pieces.
  18. I'm building an engine (SR20) at the moment and I'm a little bit undecided what components to use. Do i go for a run of the mill Arias or Wiseco Pistons or should i spend more and get Trust or Tomei pistons? What's a good brand of pistons to use? Is there much difference between and australian delivered brands and the Japanese ones? Is the extra price of the jap brands justifiable? Also what are the Tomei "cooling channel" pistons like? For some reason their twice the price of the Tomei forged pistons is this extra cost justifable? The same goes for rods, will eagle rods do the job or are Tomei or Trust ones better or worth the extra price as their over three times the price? I've got a Trust T67-25g to put on the engine and I was planning the turbo up to its upper limits of its Efficiency range. thanks in advance
  19. Its pretty simple if you like rossboss's car better buy it, now one's making you buy my car, if your going to buy one at all and your just dreaming, stop wasting peoples time, its that simple
  20. Quite easily , Mines a series 3, try importing a Series 3 in this condtion and see how much it costs Then compare the cost of importing a series 1 in this condtion (if you can find one).
  21. as I said above I'll get some over the weekend THanks for the comments
  22. Year: Late 1997 Colour: Sonic Silver Location: Central QLD - will ship internetstate at buyers cost. I imported the car earlier this year and sadly due to a change in circustances I have to let it go. The car was imported in 100% stock form. Since arriving it has been serviced twice using Motul 300V oils and has had the timing belt changed (HKS Belt). It has full series 3 options such as red stiching on the seats, xenon headlights etc. The car has only been registered in Australia since last month, and I have done the following modifications - all can be retuned to 100% stock HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer HKS Oil Filler Cap HKS Hybrid Panel Filter 3 way immobliser Thatcham approved Alarm There are also a set of Black 18" Nismo LM GT4 II (centre cap ones) coming from Japan atm. I can either sell the car with the wheels or sell seperate. Number plates can also be sold to at an arranged price if wanted - PM me if interested. I'm after $41,500 with the wheels and number plates $39,500 with the wheels (thats $4200 worth of wheels for $1500) $38,000 without wheels and plates. pics as below, will get interior pics over the weekend hopefully. Pic of what the wheels will look like EDIT: Added more info including more pics.
