Just thought I'd throw up a small video of a mates R33 GTS-t spinning at the drags last week, luckily there was no damage!! Third gear plus wheel spin plus crazy driver = this mad_crunt.mpg

I recently bought a Series 3 R33 GTR, pretty much my dream car and I was panicy about it. In the 2 weeks I've had the car, I've changed the timing belt to a HKS type and installed New NGK Platium Spark Plugs and that was within 2 days of owning it. I've serviced the car even though the compliancer had just done it using a Motul Oil. I'm paranoid about braking something. Next thing i want to repalce is the clutch and the Turbos to steel wheel type.

I just got my totally stock standard R33 GTR - exhaust air box everything. Are the turbos always this quiet? You can't hear them spool, I could hear my old R33 GTS-t when it was stock, is this normal? The boost gauage gets up to about 5mm mercury, is this normal? Also I've been told that if you remove the restrictor in the factory boost control solenoid line it will run 14 psi, is this true? If so does any think it would be safe to do this in an otherwise stock car? Cheers Sorry if this infor has already been psoted. I've tried searching.

it won't fit an R32, they have a different wiring harness. Is it damaged or scratched in any way? Have you tested it yourself to verify that it works fine? Sorry for all the questions. cheers

and who the hell drifts through traffic when they trying to get away from someone? Wouldn't you just drive as quick as you could?

its still not real goodeither though. few things in it annoyed me. When will they learn carbon fibre does not dent!!!

yeah its sonic silver - KR4 is the paint code i think from memory. I either wanted sonic silver or midnight purple, but midnight purple is very common here in australia. The R34 Midnight purple is much nicer IMO.

I went through an import broker for mine. Was a bit of hassle, but nothing too serious, just mainly time consuming. My compliancer helped me out heaps though, so that made things much less stressful - was still stressful at times though. As for costs I'd allow around mid to high 40s for a car on th road and ignore the estimated prices, their usually way off.. Vspecs were slightly more again .

My old R33 was white but I've never attached the plates to anything until now. The plates have been sitting around for the last few years. I bought them off PPQ so it much be another combination??
