For all the tight asses out there, the car insured at market value which is more than i am asking for it. Also forgot to add it has a thachem approved security system, all black wiring, 3 point imboliser, interior movement sensors blah blah blah to comply with full insurance standards.

Year : 1997 (series 3, Xenon Headlights etc.) Colour: Sonic Silver Condtion Very Good My car has to go, situations have changed again this time it must go. Was imported in June this year under sevs since getting it here it has been serviced twice using Motul Oils and the timing belt was replaced at the dirst service with a HKS belt even though it appeared to have new on just recently put on. Car is 100% mechanically stock non V-spec. Car currently has 18" Black Nismo LM GT4 II wheels. Other non standard features; Thatchem approved Alarm (not disclosing brand on internet) see - http://www.thatcham.org/ Alpine MP3 head unit HKS Type 1 turbo timer - only few weeks old. Genine Nissan GTR Floor Mats Nismo But plug black gear knob I'm after $34,000 with standard wheels or $38,000 with the nismo wheels. Very regretful sale. Number Plates not included. I will get interior and engine bay photos up as soon as i can.

I know their tits but they seem far from high quality ones

Yeah she was travelling in the right hand lane doing 90km\h just in front of a car in the left hand lane (more than enough room to merge) in a zone signed as "keep left unless over taking" and i flashed her with my headlights to let her know myself the 3 cars behind me were behind her as we had followed her for nearly 2km. So yes i did provoke her by flashing my headlights .... Either way she attempted to intentionally cause an accident which was totally uncalled for.

lol doubt anything like that would ever been allowed on australian roads. Imagine ever getting emissions tested

The Correct Behaviour Of An Active Lsd
ookami replied to gts-4 dreamer's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
When i was looking around buying a GTR I found a few good writeups about the effects of the A-LSD not always being good and sometimes being slow to respond and sometimes in uppredicatable fashions. For this reason I went for the non vpsec, not only did this save me 5 grand or there abouts on the purchase price but also gave me a mechanic LSD which is relatively cheap to repair/replace and upgrade when compared to an A-LSD setup. Also from what i have seen of the workshop demo cars in japan, the A-LSD are actually removed from quite a number of their A-LSD euiped cars. Try searching www.gtr.co.uk or this forum for more info. I found most of the information about it in those 2 places. -
is there any physical way to record some of these lap replays and put onto a pc? anyone know?

man so glad your daughter and you are ok. People are just getting crazier and crazier. I had a woman intentionally slam or her brakes twice on the highway to get me to slam up her ass and force me oof the road and change lanes on top of me when i tried to pass. I was in a little 4 cylinder hatch back so i would have been killed for sure, but i had my 9 month pregnant wife with me. Lucky I recognised the woman, and know everything about her. That was days ago and I'm still fired up about it. I'm not form your area so i coul be wrong but I'm sure you skyline would have been much quicker than a 3 tonne 4wd why hang around in a situation like that espically if you have loved ones in the car? Even though i wasn't particually scared in the situation i was in I took off and kept going and took the nearest exit ot get the hell out of there just to keep my wife and unborn child safe - not that speeding was safe but much safer than the situation behind me.

Actually technically the rules of Superlap battle are there are two main classes (plus the RWD, AWD, FWD etc) one being street meaning they still run factory A\C(if factory supplies it), Cat etc. The other class is open class and pretty much everything goes, one thing is they must run radial tyres. Its also not restricted to Japanese cars are since MCR retired their R34 after splitting the block they took to Porsche and tried it. Needless to say their porsche wasn;t as successful as their R34 GTR Sorry i was just reading old threads. Also is there anyway to verify some of these times as their getting blindly quick!!! I sure as hell can't match 'em (maybe I'm just a shithouse driver )

Your First Drive In Your New Car
ookami replied to stink's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
I imported mine so after waiting the 3 months for compliance and the car to get here I was damn excited. The first time i drove it was to the transport dept. to register it. I couldn't wait ot get flog it (even though it was stock) and it turns out some bean in a commodore wanted to play. My biggest fear was the car seemed heaps wider and fatter than my gts-t. -
Tein Super Street Suspension?
ookami replied to danoz's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I've got Tein RS to run in my S13 for when it hits the circuit., at this stage it has the stiffest springs for an s13 there are (12kg\mm and 10kg\mm), I'll get a few other spring rates and test them but from listening to other people i was advised to steer clear of the cheaper tein coil overs (HA etc.) as their not as good as what people make out. -
R33 Gtr, Only 200kms To A Tank!
ookami replied to CHO50N's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
By the sounds of it you have a gts-t? I found my last gts-t wasn;t that bad on fuel even tough i was running 270 degree cams and pushing 270rwkw, did have a map sensor ecu which as said above may make a difference. My stock gtr is worse -
yeah i'm sure it is only a gts-4. For one it doesn;t have the series 2 style taillights like the genuine autech, nor does it have the xenon headlights. Can you post photos of the vin number to verify its real? Is this the car Ernest Parry built quite a few years ago?
-
Looks phat!!! you make me wanna buy another gts-t and make another project out of it ...
-
those rims look simliar to LM GT4s ... I'm not the biggest fan of black on black though. White looks much tough on black imo Here's mine with the new wheels
-
13.1 is very good going for the power you have. I'm not sure how'll you'll go fitting 10inch wide rims under the rear guards of a gts-t.

R33 Gtr, Only 200kms To A Tank!
ookami replied to CHO50N's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
yeah i mainly drive on the highway now though (about a 40km drive to the city at 100km\h to get that 16L\100km -
I serious doubt there are very many "low kms" gtrs left and if there are you'll pay for it. If you ever see a car with an aftermarket speedo (ie Nismo, Mines) the kms are not real. Unless you can get service books i highly doubt any kms on any car coming from japan. Winding the kms back must be a favourite japanese past time, well look how many "low km speedos are on yahoo for instance. I've seen cars with "50,000km" on it and look like crap. Either they were badly badly miss treated by their previous owner or the kms are fake, i dare say its most likely the later. To me a car with 100,000 km on it is still in good condition, meaning no wear on the seats or dash or steering wheel or mechanically, other than clutch maybe. Cars I've known from new (ie parents cars, my cars etc) from new to 100,000km still don't have these basic things worn. So if an import has these things worn, it has more than 100,000km on it ... well thats the way i look at it. A low km car isn;t always a good thing either. I owned a VL calais some time ago with a genuine 60,000km on it that originally was from a deceased estate and spent that much on fixing small things cause the car was driven enough, the diff whined from the oil sitting there not moving for long lengths of periods, the engine had water and oil leaks as the gaskets had gone dry and hard from sitting there. Plus how well was this car serviced?? Its hard to tell, were the services done every 6 months like your meant to or at the km intervals? I didn't know and ended up paying the price spending a small fortune on a car that i didn't really want to spend money on. EDIT: BTW if you keep an RB engine close to stock and treat it with respect and look after it there's no reason why you can't get 200,000km + out of the original bottem end.

R33 Gtr, Only 200kms To A Tank!
ookami replied to CHO50N's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
yeah mine has now started the same problem, I don't drive mine often (maybe once a week if I'm lucky) so a tank lasts a while, but i manage about 260km out of a 40L so i get about 15~16L\100km. When i first got the car i got almost 560km out of a tank (not sure how many litres, was a damn while ago) on the highway coming home from the compliancer. Whats th best way to check if its afm or O2 besides get new ones? -
Finally Got Some New Rims. P1s, And Now With Ssrs!
ookami replied to siddr20's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
^^^ what wheels are they ... they look tough here's a pic of mine, same colour but its a gtr. crappy photo it makes the wheels look really really dark. -
so is there anyway to see these numbers while the engine is in the car and the turbos still on there? (i'm no where near my car ) Also i was reading in an old HPI magazine that some R33 GTRs got N1 blocks as nissan was apparently trying to get rid of them, this true or just a fable?
