Searched through a few post about stud sizes, answers vary a little, i am in need of a new rear wheel stud on my 34 GT, not sure if the sizes are the same between GTT and GT? Is the size I need 12.9 x 1.25 pitch? And how long is the stud? thanks

Hey all, The fan on my 34 is pulling and over excessive amount of air, it doesn’t cause any heating issues or anything of that, it’s just so loud and is getting annoying hearing it constantly. problem started months ago when my shroud hit the fan and pretty much exploded the shroud, from then on ive been able to hear the air coming of it and it’s louder then the exhaust new shroud has been put in, Any ideas and what to look for for a possible fix? Thanks

Hmm it may be for hicas then, well whatever it is my car doesn't have so I don't need to worry about the extra plug!

I thought it could of been for hicas models too but I'm pretty sure hicas only affects the rear steering racks

Yes and that helped me mate thanks! The plug is for the idle control but I've looked at different photos of different racks and some have the plug and some don't, my rack hasn't got it but my loom does because I changed it

Yeah see mine doesn't have that harness Coming of the rack, it's for the idle control when steering, but I don't know why some racks have them and some don't

Well my rpm wasn't working from when I got the car, I've pulled the cluster out a few time and everything looks fine to me, I bought it not running but the scan tool comes out good, bit hard to find someone who will test there cluster out without my buying a new one aye

R34 cluster issue Hey all, so my rpm gauge on my r34 is not working at all, we've just tried a scan tool and it came up with zero faults, is there any way of testing to see if it is the cluster itself that has the issue? Anybody else have this problem?

Okay well I've looked at a whole heap of photos, manuals, turbo and na, and some have the plug and some don't, so I'm assuming it's been changed over the years or something, thank heaps for the reply

R34 steering rack Anybody know if there is a difference in an automatic steering rack and a manual one on the r34?? i have a plug on my alternator loom for the steering rack but I have no sensor on the rack for it to plug into, thinking i may have an auto steering rack?? My car is a factory manual first photo is my rack, and second photo is one of the net

Well it idles, drives and steering perfectly fine, I can seem to find any plug for it to go into so I'm thinking it could just be a sensor that I'm missing

R34 wiring help Hey so I have one plug on my r34 and I can't figure out what it's for, it's the brown one in the photo and it comes off with the oil pressure switch on the alternator loom, anyone have any ideas?

AC plugs Hey all, I've just hooked up an ac compressor on my 34, I've found two plugs that reach the compressor, on doesn't fit and one has bee chopped.. what are you thought? Thanks
