Do u have a shop? My current set up is similar to your except i have a drain hose of the bottom of my 1l catch can which goes to a 1.25 pepsi bottle under the bumper. My engine breathes quite heavy after 175k of abuse.

Iv yet to replace mine, keep bodging them up untill i do a full engine rebuild and sort my engine bay out

Was a gd meet, lots of nice cars and it seemed like a reli gd atmosphere and no trouble either (while i was there)
