Skylines are all imports, high powered moat of the time and classed as a high risk vehicle... hence shannons is the only known insurer that i know of who will insure them

Must be an injector then, sticking on shut down. Do u get alot of popping and banging on over run?

Id run a leak down and comp test once warm just to be sure theres nout else wrong.

Did you mig or tig it? Butt weld with backing? The plates come as direct fit so all we gotta do is clean and weld. Been running a small bead on the 0.6 first then turning the mig up to get a nice weld between the bead and the 2mm plate. Hot work inside the cars and u have to be careful u dont set fire to them lol

+1 on beer after welding in this weather, nothin industrial like you bit still 2mm plates to 0.6 body steel.....

Mate Dave reconds a set of potenza re003 would sort the spinning issue but I kinda like it when not running anyone. Danger=fun. Need to sort some body paint trim and tint issues before new ecu etc. Is the nistune any good? Like martin said, ita gd for a road car and basic motorsport use. But it doeant to the big stuff like launch controle, booat by gear, boost by speed, antilag, blah blah blah..... lol
