GTR Badges on GTST
Constantly_Incognito replied to Constantly_Incognito's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
It is your choice but I still wouldn't put one on, I would be proud that my GTS4 could keep up with or beat a GTR, it shows you have worked on your car -
it sounds to me more like he is trying to flat change ( keep foot on accelerator whilst putting clutch in and changing gears.....hmmmmm smell that clutch) but not quite, maybe a combination of both methods (double clutching and flat change)

To all those who said it looks bad, wait till you see it in the flesh, it is a fantastic car which looks amazing and does not take any thing away from the design of the car, I have been on a couple of cruises with this car and every time I just stare at it and drool.

:burnout: HA ha of course silly me, I will go get one now, that will save me heaps of money on other useless conversions you know bigger turbo FMIC what a waste. -
OK I don't know if this have ever been bought up before but I have to know.. Why do I see people with GTR badges on GTST's. I see it way to many times, you see a nice skyline start having a look at it and then BAM! it is ruined cause it has this GTR badge on it, IT DOESN'T NEED IT!!! Anyone who knows Skylines knows it's not a GTR and anyone who doesn't know Skylines doesn't know what a GTR is. I know this is a bit of a bitch but can some one please clear this up for me, why do people do this???? Oh and if you are one of the people that does this I am not having a go at you (well not much) I just don't understand it.

I am becoming intrested, stupid question time, how much of a difference does an upgraded fuel pump make to a R33 gtst standard boost? I know later on when I up the boost it is better but what about now?

Saw a white R33 down at BP loganholme / cornubia on Sat night, I was in a VZ wagon so I didn't wave but it looked nice, anyone own it?

What do you think the answer is .....
Constantly_Incognito replied to Lozza150's topic in General Automotive Discussion
OK, I started reading this thread but couldn't get past the first page due to the fact that certain people take the easy way out (just like the newspapers) and blame Video games and movies. Anyone who is old enough to drive is old enough to know the difference between real and not real. I play those games and watch those movies and guess what..... I still know that if I crash my car chances are something bad will happen. I also plays games like Halo and warcraft 3 and guess what I don't shoot aliens nor do I build a little town and go rape and pillage the next nearest town, movies and games are not the problem, lack of education is. Fane I agree with you 3 levels of drivers licence sounds like a great idea, mandatory defensive driving courses. Silver arrowz drifting is cool, it is a recognised motorsport in Japan and now America you have to teach your nephew that there is a time and place (obviously that is not on the street) in controlled areas, don't just tell them it is not good give them resons as to why they shouldn't do it on the street. Now before you all jump donw my throat this was not meant as an attack on anyone, no I am not a P plater, I did not have a high performance car when I was a P plater and yes I have lost friends in car accidents. sorry for the longish post I just figured everyone is entitled to my opnion. -

R.I.P.:an SAU'er & their R34?
Constantly_Incognito replied to LTSJayce's topic in General Automotive Discussion
My Condolences to friends and family. to those who know the family I hope you give them plenty of support. I know this has already been said but guys there is no need to make comments about how the driver was speeding or how stupid they were (no disrespect meant). I lost a friend a few years back in a horrible accident and blaming the driver of the car he was in didn't bring my friend back. lets just show some respect. -
Welcome to QLD! will be sure to wave if I see you around.

ok this is what it comes down to, Does anyone think $3700 for a 50kw gain is worth it, that includes FMIC, air pod, plumb back BOV, bleed valve, fuel pump, timing belt, platinum spark plugs, full major service and dyno tuning. what do you think? -

Nah it is more than just the intercooler, plus I want to find one good place and stick with them, I don't want to have to keep taking it to different places for different things. -

Good Advice? or just nagging idiots?
Constantly_Incognito replied to The Dan's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I never had any hassels from my parent when I bought my line, they supported me but just to be safe they signed me up for a defensive driving course (I love the skid pan). All my friends had a go at me with the usuall crap, one of them tried the jap crap saying until I pointed out that his VL turbo had a nissan motor in it. However now all my friends that have been in my line tell me they wish they had one. -
