hmm to be honest this is my first turbo car, had two na silvias previously so i am not very keen on getting it sideways! silvia was a different story hehe.anywayz take it ez on the streets, skylines need to be driven with respect.

hey dude if your door doesnt seem to open , try and pul the handle, then pull the door upwards and try to open it at the same time my bro's r32 sedan's back door didnt open as well, then oneday tried pulling it upwards and hey presto it opend! any pics?..wishing i bought a sedan instead now

ahh the joys of being new to a forum! anywayz i also got a auto r32 gtst, can exactly comment on how they drive...cos i havent driven it yet!! (still sitting in the docks!)but that button is essentially the same as silvia s13's. in power mode the auto will hold its revs more, hence try and keep the engine on boost more = more power/acceraleration. hold mode has many mixed reasonings, buts its use is basically to stop your car wheelspinning when you take off from the lights. in hold mode the auto will start from second gear, not first, hence reduce wheelspin.

as a little aside, what times are R32 auto GTST running?? is a high 14 1/4 mile time too much to hope for with a cat back and 10 psi??

Hey guys, just spent the last hour reading about cheap (free to 10 dollar boost upgrades for rb25det's) and was wondering does anyone have a method for upping the boost on a r32 rb20det cheaply? (for example rewiring vacuum hoses, etc) I remember ages ago i was told that on a sr20det(s13) it was possible to get 0.7-0.8 bar from rerouting vacuum hoses and since both rb20det and sr20det run wastegate actuator controlled boost maybe someone can direct me to exactly if and how to get a cheap boost upgrade for a rb20det. sorry if its a long read thanks.

Hey guys and gals my lil brother just picked up his R32 sedan, and its missing a rear wiper assembly (ie the stalk and wiper) Does anyone have one lying around? Need to buy one for registration, as i dont want to lend him mine! Also i am still on the hunt for a passenger left air con vent (my brother's had perfect vents!!!! >_<) thx

I always leave all my belongings and the keys in the ignition when going to pay for petrol..though i only do this in areas that i am familiar with. But with the amount of theft going around, i think its time to not take things for granted.

Hey there, i was pretty shocked when my frend (who is the one of the mechanics where your car is getting fixed at) told me that the R32 had a corroded headgasket and head. Unfortunately, this is the "part and parcel" with importing, because we all are essentiallty buying a car sight unseen. My R32 (which is exactly same specs as yours! :] ) has being sitting in japan since december, so i am going to def be checking the engine thoroughly, when its here. Good Luck, hope things start looking up from here with your 32.
